This Quotation Estimate outlines the comprehensive professional services to be delivered by a senior Robotics Engineer engaged to support the client's automated manufacturing and logistics operations within the Japan Tokyo metropolitan area. The scope encompasses the full lifecycle of robotic system design, integration, deployment, and ongoing maintenance tailored to the client's specific production requirements.
- System Design & Architecture: The Robotics Engineer shall conduct a thorough site assessment at the client's Japan Tokyo facility, develop detailed mechanical and electrical schematics, and produce a complete system architecture document for the proposed robotic automation line.
- Robot Selection & Procurement Advisory: Evaluation and recommendation of industrial robotic arms, collaborative robots (cobots), and autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) suitable for the client's throughput targets and spatial constraints in the Tokyo plant.
- Software Development & Programming: Development of PLC logic, ROS 2-based control software, vision system integration, and HMI interfaces. All code shall be delivered with full documentation and source access.
- Installation & Commissioning: On-site installation of all robotic hardware, safety guarding, end-effectors, and peripheral equipment at the Japan Tokyo location. Commissioning shall include a minimum of 72-hour continuous operational testing.
- Training & Knowledge Transfer: A minimum of 40 hours of hands-on training for the client's in-house engineering team, covering operation, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and software updates.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in the Japan Tokyo industrial sector.
- Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon contract signing, 40% upon successful commissioning at the Japan Tokyo site, and 30% upon completion of the 12-month support period. All payments shall be made in Japanese Yen (JPY) via bank transfer to the account specified in the contract.
- The Robotics Engineer assigned to this project shall hold a minimum of eight (8) years of professional experience in industrial automation and shall be physically present at the Japan Tokyo project site for all installation and commissioning phases.
- All intellectual property developed specifically for the client under this Quotation Estimate shall transfer to the client upon full payment. General methodologies, pre-existing libraries, and proprietary tools remain the property of Advanced Robotics Solutions K.K.
- Any changes to the scope of work beyond 10% of the originally estimated hours shall require a written change order signed by both parties. Additional hours will be billed at the rates specified in Section 2 of this Quotation Estimate.
- Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all technical data, proprietary processes, and business information exchanged during the engagement in Japan Tokyo. This obligation survives for three (3) years post-contract.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by natural disasters (including earthquakes and typhoons common to the Japan Tokyo region), government mandates, or other events beyond reasonable control.
- Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Disputes shall be resolved by arbitration in Tokyo under the rules of the Japan Commercial Arbitration Association (JCAA).
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal service agreement is executed by authorized representatives of both parties.
