The Robotics Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall perform the following duties and responsibilities at the client's premises in Kazakhstan Almaty:

• Conduct a full technical audit of the existing production line infrastructure at the Kazakhstan Almaty facility, including electrical systems, pneumatic networks, and legacy control panels.
• Design and develop a six-axis industrial robotic arm integration system capable of handling payloads up to 50 kg, tailored to the specific assembly requirements of the KIA Group product line.
• Program, calibrate, and commission the robotic systems using FANUC, KUKA, or ABB control platforms, ensuring full interoperability with the client's existing SCADA and MES environments.
• Develop and implement safety interlock systems in compliance with IEC 62443, ISO 10218, and the national technical regulations of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
• Provide on-site training to a minimum of eight (8) client personnel in Kazakhstan Almaty on the operation, basic maintenance, and troubleshooting of the installed Robotics Engineer-designed systems.
• Deliver a complete technical documentation package, including schematics, program source code, maintenance manuals, and a 12-month warranty support plan.

Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in US Dollars via international bank transfer to the account of Almaty Advanced Robotics Solutions LLP, Almaty, Kazakhstan. The payment schedule is structured as follows:

• 30% Advance Payment (USD 23,184.00): Due within ten (10) business days of the client's written acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the master service agreement.
• 40% Milestone Payment (USD 30,912.00): Due upon successful completion and sign-off of the system design and simulation phase (Item 2 above).
• 30% Final Payment (USD 23,184.00): Due within fifteen (15) business days following the final commissioning, training delivery, and handover of all documentation in Kazakhstan Almaty.

All payments are subject to a 1.5% monthly late fee if not received within the stipulated timeframe, in accordance with Kazakhstani commercial law.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, all rates and availability of the Robotics Engineer may be subject to revision.
2. The Robotics Engineer assigned to this project shall be a certified professional with a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in industrial robotics, holding relevant certifications from FANUC, KUKA, or ABB, and shall be physically present at the Kazakhstan Almaty site for the duration of on-site activities.
3. The client (KIA Group) shall provide the Robotics Engineer with safe working conditions, necessary access to the production floor, and all existing technical documentation of the current facility infrastructure in Kazakhstan Almaty.
4. Any changes to the scope of work beyond what is described in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a formal change order, mutually agreed upon in writing by both parties, with a corresponding adjustment to the total cost.
5. Confidentiality: All proprietary information, designs, and data exchanged during the course of this engagement shall be treated as strictly confidential by both parties for a period of three (3) years following project completion.
6. This Quotation Estimate and the resulting service agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Any disputes shall be resolved through the Almaty City Court of General Jurisdiction.
7. The Robotics Engineer shall comply with all local labor regulations, health and safety standards, and environmental codes applicable in Kazakhstan Almaty throughout the project duration.
