This Quotation Estimate is issued by Apex Robotics Solutions Ltd to Meridian Manufacturing Group for the engagement of a senior Robotics Engineer to design, integrate, and commission an automated assembly line upgrade at the client's Penrose facility in New Zealand Auckland. The Robotics Engineer will be responsible for the full lifecycle of the project, encompassing initial site assessment, system architecture design, mechanical and electrical integration, programming, testing, and final handover with comprehensive documentation.
The scope includes but is not limited to: robotic arm selection and configuration (6-axis industrial manipulators), end-effector design and fabrication, PLC and HMI programming, safety interlock systems compliant with AS/NZS 4819, integration with existing conveyor systems, and operator training for up to twelve (12) production staff. All work will be conducted in accordance with New Zealand's Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 and applicable Auckland Council building and electrical regulations.

- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After 12 July 2025, rates and availability of the assigned Robotics Engineer may be subject to revision.
- Payment Terms: All invoices are payable within fourteen (14) calendar days of the invoice date. Late payments will attract interest at the rate prescribed under the New Zealand Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1993.
- Intellectual Property: All designs, programmes, and documentation developed specifically for this project under this Quotation Estimate shall become the property of Meridian Manufacturing Group upon full payment. Apex Robotics Solutions Ltd retains the right to use general methodologies and non-client-specific knowledge in future engagements.
- Warranty: The Robotics Engineer's workmanship is warranted for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of final acceptance. This warranty covers defects in design, programming, and integration but excludes wear-and-tear components and damage caused by operator error or force majeure events.
- Liability: Apex Robotics Solutions Ltd's total liability under this Quotation Estimate shall not exceed the total contract value of NZD $141,243.00. Neither party shall be liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
- Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary information, trade secrets, and business strategies disclosed during the course of this engagement in New Zealand Auckland.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be referred to mediation under the New Zealand Disputes Standards. If mediation fails, disputes shall be governed by the laws of New Zealand and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the District Court in Auckland.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters (earthquakes, volcanic activity), government-imposed restrictions, or pandemics, as may be experienced in the New Zealand Auckland region.
- Change Orders: Any changes to the scope of work beyond what is described in this Quotation Estimate must be agreed in writing by both parties. Additional work will be billed at the applicable hourly rates specified in Section 2.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the engagement of the Robotics Engineer services in New Zealand Auckland. This signature constitutes a binding agreement between the parties.
