The Robotics Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate will deliver the following professional services in Pakistan Islamabad:
2.1 System Design & Architecture: The Robotics Engineer will conduct a full feasibility study, design the mechanical and electrical architecture of robotic workstations, and produce detailed CAD models and simulation files. All design work will comply with Pakistan Standards and Quality Control Authority (PSQCA) guidelines applicable to industrial automation equipment in Islamabad.
2.2 Programming & Integration: The Robotics Engineer will develop control logic, write PLC and ROS (Robot Operating System) code, and integrate robotic arms with existing conveyor systems, vision sensors, and SCADA platforms already deployed at the client's Islamabad facility.
2.3 On-Site Installation & Commissioning: A minimum of 45 working days of on-site presence in Pakistan Islamabad is included. The Robotics Engineer will oversee physical installation, cable routing, safety interlock verification, and full commissioning of each robotic cell.
2.4 Training & Knowledge Transfer: The Robotics Engineer will deliver a 5-day structured training programme for the client's in-house technical staff, covering operation, basic troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of the robotic systems.
2.5 Ongoing Support & Maintenance: A 12-month post-deployment support package is included, with the Robotics Engineer available for remote diagnostics and up to 10 on-site visits in Pakistan Islamabad per year for corrective maintenance and performance tuning.

All rates are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). This Quotation Estimate does not include the cost of physical robotic hardware, actuators, or third-party software licences, which will be procured separately by the client.
Payment against this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows: 30% advance upon signing, 40% upon successful commissioning of the first robotic cell in Pakistan Islamabad, 20% upon completion of the training programme, and the remaining 10% upon expiry of the 12-month support period. All payments are to be made via bank transfer to the Robotics Engineer's registered business account in Islamabad.
This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. The client is requested to confirm acceptance in writing within this period. Should the client require any modifications to the scope of the Robotics Engineer engagement, a revised Quotation Estimate will be issued at no additional cost. All work referenced in this document is to be performed in Pakistan Islamabad unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Terms & Conditions
6.1 This Quotation Estimate is a non-binding proposal until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties.
6.2 The Robotics Engineer reserves the right to adjust timelines by up to 10 working days in the event of force majeure, power outages exceeding 72 hours, or delays in client-provided access to the Islamabad facility.
6.3 All intellectual property generated during the engagement, including proprietary control algorithms and design files, shall remain the property of the Robotics Engineer unless a separate IP assignment clause is negotiated.
6.4 Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Islamabad, Pakistan, in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1940.
6.5 The Robotics Engineer shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum cover of PKR 20,000,000 throughout the duration of the project in Pakistan Islamabad.
