This Quotation Estimate is issued by RoboTech Solutions (Pty) Ltd to Vulcan Manufacturing Industries (Pty) Ltd for the provision of a dedicated Robotics Engineer to support the client's automated production line upgrade project located in their Kempton Park facility, South Africa Johannesburg. The engagement covers a twelve-month period commencing 1 August 2025 and concluding 31 July 2026.
The Robotics Engineer will be responsible for the design, programming, commissioning, and ongoing maintenance of six (6) industrial robotic arms (FANUC M-410iC and KUKA KR 210 R2700 models) integrated into the client's automotive component assembly line. All work will be conducted on-site in South Africa Johannesburg, with the engineer reporting directly to the client's Operations Director while maintaining technical oversight from RoboTech Solutions.

Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows: 30% deposit upon acceptance and signing of the service agreement; 40% upon successful commissioning and handover of the robotic systems; and 30% in equal monthly instalments over the remaining ten months of the maintenance phase. All payments are to be made in South African Rand (ZAR) via electronic funds transfer to the RoboTech Solutions account at FNB, Johannesburg. Invoices are payable within thirty (30) days of issue. Late payments will attract interest at the rate prescribed by the National Credit Act of South Africa.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be revised to reflect market conditions in the South Africa Johannesburg industrial sector.
- The Robotics Engineer assigned to this project holds a BEng in Mechatronics from the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, and possesses over twelve years of experience in industrial automation within South Africa.
- All work performed under this quotation shall comply with the Occupational Health and Safety Act (Act 85 of 1993), the SANS 10108 standard for industrial robot safety, and all applicable regulations of the Department of Employment and Labour, Republic of South Africa.
- RoboTech Solutions (Pty) Ltd shall provide full professional indemnity insurance and public liability insurance for the duration of the engagement, with certificates available upon request.
- The client agrees to provide safe working access to the production floor, necessary power supply (3-phase, 415V), and any third-party vendor coordination required for the installation phase in South Africa Johannesburg.
- Intellectual property developed specifically for the client under this engagement shall vest in the client upon full payment. General methodologies, proprietary code libraries, and pre-existing tools remain the property of RoboTech Solutions.
- Either party may terminate this agreement with sixty (60) days written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.
- This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Johannesburg in accordance with the rules of the Arbitration Foundation of Southern Africa (AFSA).
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate in full, including all terms, conditions, pricing, and scope of work described herein. The engagement of the Robotics Engineer shall commence upon receipt of the initial deposit and execution of the formal service agreement.
