2. Scope of Work — Robotics Engineer ServicesThe contracted Robotics Engineer will be responsible for the following activities at the Turkey Istanbul project site:
- Design and development of industrial robotic arm systems for automated assembly lines.
- Programming, calibration, and commissioning of robotic cells using ROS 2 and proprietary PLC interfaces.
- Integration of vision systems, end-effectors, and safety interlocks compliant with ISO 10218 and CE standards.
- Conducting feasibility studies and risk assessments for the Turkey Istanbul manufacturing floor.
- Providing on-site technical supervision, troubleshooting, and operator training for a minimum of 120 hours.
- Delivering comprehensive technical documentation, including schematics, wiring diagrams, and maintenance manuals.
- Performing post-installation support and a 90-day warranty period for all Robotics Engineer deliverables.

This Quotation Estimate stipulates the following payment milestones, all payable via bank transfer to the Anatolia Robotics Solutions Ltd. account in Turkey Istanbul:
- 30% Advance Payment (TRY 240,480.00): Due upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and project kickoff.
- 40% Progress Payment (TRY 320,640.00): Due upon successful completion of the Robotics Engineer programming and calibration phase.
- 30% Final Payment (TRY 240,480.00): Due upon final commissioning, delivery of documentation, and client sign-off in Turkey Istanbul.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for sixty (60) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, all rates for the Robotics Engineer services may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Turkey Istanbul.
- All work performed by the Robotics Engineer shall comply with Turkish industrial safety regulations, EU Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, and applicable ISO standards.
- The client shall provide a safe, accessible work environment at the Turkey Istanbul project site, including necessary power supply, network connectivity, and material handling equipment.
- Any scope changes or additional services requested by the client beyond the original Quotation Estimate will be documented in a separate change-order and priced at the prevailing Robotics Engineer hourly rate of TRY 1,250.00 per hour.
- Intellectual property developed specifically for the client under this engagement shall transfer to the client upon full payment. General methodologies, libraries, and tools of the Robotics Engineer remain the property of Anatolia Robotics Solutions Ltd.
- Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding proprietary designs, trade secrets, and business information exchanged during the project in Turkey Istanbul.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Istanbul, Turkey, in accordance with the rules of the Istanbul Arbitration Centre (ISTAC).
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties and the advance payment has been received.
