1. Purpose of This Quotation Estimate
This Quotation Estimate is formally issued by Apex Robotics Solutions LLC to provide a comprehensive, itemized cost projection for the engagement of a senior Robotics Engineer to deliver specialized design, integration, and commissioning services for the client's automated assembly line modernization project. All services described herein will be performed within the jurisdiction of United States New York City, in full compliance with applicable New York State labor regulations, OSHA safety standards, and local municipal building and electrical codes. This document serves as a binding cost reference and does not constitute a final contract until both parties execute the formal Statement of Work.
2. Scope of Services – Robotics Engineer Engagement
The following scope defines the professional services to be rendered by our designated Robotics Engineer (Senior Level, 12+ years of experience in industrial automation):
- System Architecture & Design: Development of a complete robotic cell layout for three (3) six-axis industrial manipulators, including kinematic analysis, workspace simulation, and end-effector selection tailored to the client's product specifications.
- Control System Programming: Authoring and deployment of PLC ladder logic, motion control routines, and HMI interfaces for the robotic workstations located at the client's United States New York City facility.
- Integration & Commissioning: Physical installation, wiring, calibration, and functional testing of all robotic hardware, safety light curtains, and emergency stop circuits in accordance with ISO 10218 and ANSI/RIA R15.06 standards.
- Performance Optimization: Cycle-time reduction analysis, payload balancing, and throughput modeling to achieve a minimum 22% improvement over the client's current manual line capacity.
- Documentation & Training: Delivery of as-built drawings, electrical schematics, operator manuals, and a minimum of two (2) on-site training sessions for the client's maintenance staff in United States New York City.
- Post-Commissioning Support: Ninety (90) days of remote and on-site troubleshooting support following final acceptance sign-off.

4. Payment Schedule
This Quotation Estimate assumes the following milestone-based payment structure:
- 30% Advance Payment ($23,264.44) – Due upon execution of the Statement of Work.
- 40% Progress Payment ($31,019.25) – Due upon completion of on-site commissioning and functional acceptance testing.
- 30% Final Payment ($23,264.44) – Due within fifteen (15) business days of final project sign-off and delivery of all documentation.
All payments are to be made via wire transfer to the account designated by Apex Robotics Solutions LLC. Late payments shall accrue interest at 1.5% per month as permitted under New York State General Obligations Law § 5-531.
5. Terms, Conditions & Assumptions
5.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, all rates and availability of the assigned Robotics Engineer are subject to re-evaluation.
5.2 All work will be performed at the client's premises located in United States New York City. The client shall provide safe access, necessary utilities (3-phase 480V power, compressed air, network connectivity), and a dedicated work area for the duration of the project.
5.3 The hourly rates quoted reflect the professional expertise of a senior Robotics Engineer with demonstrated experience in automotive, pharmaceutical, and consumer-goods automation. Any scope change exceeding 10% of the original hours will require a written change order and revised Quotation Estimate.
5.4 Apex Robotics Solutions LLC carries General Liability Insurance of $2,000,000 and Professional Liability (Errors & Omissions) coverage of $1,000,000, both valid in the state of New York. Certificates of insurance will be provided upon request.
5.5 This engagement is governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved through binding arbitration in United States New York City in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
5.6 All intellectual property, including but not limited to control code, design files, and process documentation created specifically for the client, shall become the sole property of the client upon full payment. Apex Robotics Solutions LLC retains the right to reference the project in portfolio materials with the client's written consent.
6. Acceptance & Authorization
By signing below, both parties acknowledge that this Quotation Estimate accurately reflects the agreed-upon scope, cost, and terms for the Robotics Engineer services to be delivered in United States New York City. This document, once countersigned, shall serve as the basis for the formal Statement of Work and master services agreement.
