This Quotation Estimate is prepared specifically for the recruitment, screening, and onboarding of a qualified Sales Executive to be deployed at the client's operational offices in Saudi Arabia Riyadh. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key client relationships, executing sales strategies aligned with Vision 2030 market objectives, and representing the company across the Riyadh metropolitan area and surrounding regions including Al-Kharj, Al-Harrah, and the Eastern Province corridor.
Our recruitment agency will manage the entire lifecycle of this Sales Executive engagement, from initial job specification development through to the successful placement and a 90-day post-placement support period. All candidate sourcing, interviewing, background verification, and visa processing will be conducted in full compliance with the Saudi Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD) regulations and the Nitaqat (Saudization) framework.

The Sales Executive position outlined in this Quotation Estimate requires a minimum of five (5) years of progressive sales experience in the B2B or B2C sector within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline. Fluency in Arabic is mandatory, and professional proficiency in English is strongly preferred. The Sales Executive will be based in Riyadh and is expected to travel across the Saudi Arabia Riyadh region and neighboring governorships for client meetings, trade exhibitions, and market development activities. The role reports directly to the Regional Sales Director and carries a target-driven compensation structure inclusive of base salary, performance bonuses, and commission as per the client's internal policy.
5.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Saudi Arabia Riyadh.
5.2 Payment terms: 50% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, and the remaining 50% upon successful placement and first-day attendance of the Sales Executive at the client's Riyadh office.
5.3 All fees are quoted in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and are inclusive of all agency service charges. Applicable 15% Value Added Tax (VAT) as mandated by the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) is added separately.
5.4 The replacement guarantee is limited to one (1) instance within six (6) months of the Sales Executive's start date. The replacement candidate must meet the same qualification criteria as defined in this Quotation Estimate.
5.5 Our agency shall not be held liable for the performance, conduct, or retention of the Sales Executive beyond the 90-day post-placement support window. The client assumes full employment responsibility upon the candidate's first working day.
5.6 All candidate data and recruitment records shall be treated as confidential in accordance with Saudi data protection regulations. This Quotation Estimate and all associated documents are the property of the issuing agency and may not be reproduced without written consent.
5.7 Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Riyadh.

Should the client require the Sales Executive to be relocated to a different city within the Kingdom (e.g., Jeddah, Dammam, or Abha), additional visa transfer and relocation costs will be quoted separately.
