The School Counselor engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall deliver the following professional services to the student body, faculty, and administrative staff of the school in Egypt Cairo:

Individual and group psychological counseling sessions for students aged 6 through 18, conducted in both Arabic and English to accommodate the diverse student population in Egypt Cairo.
Weekly academic guidance and career planning workshops aligned with the Egyptian Ministry of Education curriculum standards.
Monthly mental health assessments and early intervention programs for students exhibiting behavioral or emotional difficulties.
Parent-teacher-counselor coordination meetings held bi-weekly to ensure holistic student development.
Crisis intervention and emergency psychological support services available on a 24/7 basis during the academic term.
Preparation of confidential progress reports and annual summaries for the school administration in Egypt Cairo.
Professional development seminars for teaching staff on student well-being, classroom management, and trauma-informed pedagogy.

As outlined in this Quotation Estimate, payment for the School Counselor services shall be structured as follows:

Advance Payment (30%): EGP 166,500 due upon signing of the service agreement, prior to the commencement of the academic year in Egypt Cairo.
Mid-Term Payment (40%): EGP 222,000 due by 15 January 2026, covering the first five months of service delivery.
Final Payment (30%): EGP 166,500 due by 30 June 2026, upon completion of the full academic year and submission of the annual School Counselor performance report.

All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the designated account of Cairo Educational Support Services. Late payments exceeding 15 days shall incur a penalty of 2% per month as per Egyptian commercial law.

5.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms are subject to revision based on prevailing economic conditions in Egypt Cairo.

5.2 The School Counselor assigned under this agreement shall hold a minimum of a Master's degree in Educational Counseling or Clinical Psychology, recognized by the Egyptian Ministry of Higher Education, and possess a valid professional license issued by the Egyptian Psychological Association.

5.3 All student records, session notes, and assessment data shall be maintained in strict confidentiality in accordance with Egyptian Law No. 176 of 2018 on the Protection of Personal Data. No information shall be disclosed to third parties without written parental consent.

5.4 CESS reserves the right to substitute the assigned School Counselor in the event of prolonged illness or resignation, provided that the replacement meets or exceeds the qualifications specified in this Quotation Estimate.

5.5 Any additional services beyond the scope defined herein, such as extended after-hours counseling or specialized therapeutic interventions, shall be quoted separately and require prior written approval from the school administration.

5.6 This agreement is governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent service contract shall be resolved through the competent courts in Egypt Cairo.

Note: This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A formal service agreement must be executed by both parties prior to the commencement of any School Counselor services. All figures are stated in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and are exclusive of applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) at the current rate of 14%, which will be added to the final invoice upon request.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms set forth in this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of a School Counselor in Egypt Cairo.
