This Quotation Estimate is formally issued by Éducation & Bien-Être Consulting SARL to provide a comprehensive and transparent breakdown of costs associated with the engagement of a qualified School Counselor for the academic year 2025–2026. The services described herein are specifically tailored to meet the educational and psychosocial needs of students enrolled at institutions located in Ivory Coast Abidjan, taking into account the local cultural context, the Ivorian national education framework, and the specific challenges faced by students in the Abidjan metropolitan area.

The School Counselor engagement outlined in this document encompasses a full range of professional services including individual student counseling, group therapy sessions, academic guidance, conflict mediation, parent-teacher communication facilitation, and crisis intervention. All services will be delivered in accordance with the standards set forth by the Ivorian Ministry of National Education and in compliance with the ethical guidelines of the Ivorian Association of School Psychologists.

The School Counselor will be stationed on-site at the client institution in Abidjan and will operate under the following scope of responsibilities:

• Provision of individual one-on-one counseling sessions for students experiencing academic, emotional, or social difficulties (minimum 40 sessions per month).
• Facilitation of weekly group counseling workshops addressing topics such as bullying prevention, stress management, career planning, and adolescent development (minimum 4 sessions per week).
• Development and implementation of a comprehensive student well-being program aligned with the Ivorian national curriculum objectives.
• Coordination with parents and guardians to ensure continuity of support between the school environment in Abidjan and the home environment.
• Participation in monthly staff meetings and quarterly board presentations to report on student welfare metrics and program effectiveness.
• Emergency crisis intervention and referral to specialized mental health facilities in Abidjan when cases exceed the scope of school-based counseling.
• Preparation of anonymized quarterly reports for the school administration and, where applicable, for the Regional Directorate of Education in Abidjan.

All prices are quoted in West African CFA Francs (XOF) and are inclusive of applicable taxes as per Ivorian fiscal regulations. The USD conversion is provided for reference only and is based on the exchange rate prevailing on the date of this Quotation Estimate.

Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in accordance with the following schedule:

• Initial Deposit (30%): 4,680,000 XOF – due upon signing of the service agreement, no later than 15 August 2025.
• First Installment (25%): 3,900,000 XOF – due by 30 November 2025.
• Second Installment (25%): 3,900,000 XOF – due by 28 February 2026.
• Final Installment (20%): 3,120,000 XOF – due by 30 June 2026, upon completion of the academic year and submission of the final annual report.

Payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Éducation & Bien-Être Consulting SARL at Ecobank Côte d'Ivoire, Abidjan branch. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, prices may be subject to revision due to changes in operational costs or exchange rate fluctuations.
2. The School Counselor assigned to this engagement will hold a minimum of a Master's degree in School Psychology or Counseling from an accredited institution and will possess at least five (5) years of professional experience in an educational setting, preferably within West Africa.
3. All services will be delivered in French, the official language of instruction in Ivory Coast Abidjan, with the option of providing supplementary materials in English upon request.
4. Confidentiality of all student records and counseling sessions is guaranteed in accordance with Ivorian data protection laws and the professional code of ethics of the Ivorian Association of School Psychologists.
5. Either party may terminate the agreement with a written notice of thirty (30) days. In the event of early termination, the client shall be liable for all services rendered up to the date of termination.
6. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and returned the acceptance form attached hereto.
7. Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, failing which they shall be submitted to the competent courts of Abidjan, Ivory Coast.
