Scope of Services – School Counselor Engagement

The School Counselor engaged under this Quotation Estimate will provide a full spectrum of student welfare and academic support services tailored to the needs of the school community in Thailand Bangkok. The scope includes individual student counseling sessions, group therapy workshops, career guidance programs, conflict mediation among students and staff, mental health screening and intervention, parent-teacher counseling coordination, and the development of a comprehensive student well-being policy aligned with Thai national education standards. The School Counselor will operate on-site at the client's Bangkok campus for a minimum of five (5) working days per week during the academic year, with additional availability for emergency student support situations outside regular hours.

Payment Terms

The total amount of this Quotation Estimate shall be payable in quarterly installments of THB 489,257.50, due on the first business day of each quarter (January, April, July, October). Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by EdCare Professional Services Co., Ltd. A 1.5% monthly late fee will apply to any overdue balance. All payments are subject to the standard Thai commercial invoicing procedures and will be accompanied by a VAT-registered tax invoice (Fap Tur) as required by the Revenue Department of Thailand.

Terms and Conditions

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, all rates and availability of the School Counselor are subject to reconfirmation.
The School Counselor engaged under this agreement must hold a valid Thai professional license for psychological counseling and must be registered with the Thai Association of School Counselors.
All services will be delivered at the client's premises in Thailand Bangkok. Travel and accommodation costs for the School Counselor are included in the professional fee listed in Item 1.
Confidentiality of all student records and counseling sessions is guaranteed in full compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) of Thailand, B.E. 2562 (2019).
Either party may terminate this engagement with a written notice of sixty (60) days. In the event of early termination, a pro-rated refund of unused services will be issued within thirty (30) days.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties. The terms herein serve solely as a cost estimate and scope reference.
Any changes to the scope of the School Counselor's duties, additional student caseloads exceeding the agreed numbers, or extended service hours in Thailand Bangkok will require a written amendment to this Quotation Estimate and a supplementary cost assessment.
Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation under the rules of the Bangkok International Arbitration Centre (BIAC) before any litigation is pursued.

Acceptance and Authorization

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for School Counselor services in Thailand Bangkok and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein. This signature indicates acceptance of the estimated costs and authorizes EdCare Professional Services Co., Ltd. to proceed with the recruitment and onboarding of the designated School Counselor.
