This Quotation Estimate is formally issued by Lagos Community Welfare & Social Services Ltd. in response to the request for professional Social Worker services to be deployed across selected communities in Nigeria Lagos. The scope of this Quotation Estimate covers a twelve-month contract period commencing 1 September 2025 and concluding 31 August 2026. All pricing reflects current market rates for professional Social Worker services in Nigeria Lagos, inclusive of statutory levies, professional indemnity insurance, and applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) at the prevailing rate of 7.5%.
The Social Worker engagement under this Quotation Estimate encompasses the following deliverables to be executed within the Nigeria Lagos operational zone:
- Deployment of six (6) fully certified Social Workers (minimum 5-year post-qualification experience) to designated community centres in Lagos Mainland, Lagos Island, and the Lekki corridor.
- Conduct of bi-weekly community assessments, vulnerability mapping, and needs analysis targeting at-risk households, including orphaned children, elderly dependents, and persons with disabilities.
- Provision of individual and group counselling sessions for victims of domestic violence, child abuse, and substance dependency, in alignment with the Nigerian Child Rights Act (2003) and the Lagos State Social Welfare Policy.
- Case management and follow-up for a minimum of 500 active cases per quarter, with documented progress reports submitted to the Lagos State Ministry of Social Development.
- Coordination with non-governmental organisations, faith-based institutions, and local government area (LGA) welfare officers across the 20 LGAs of Nigeria Lagos.
- Preparation of monthly statistical reports, quarterly impact assessments, and an annual end-of-contract evaluation report.

The Grand Total of Nine Million, Three Hundred and Twenty-Nine Thousand, Eight Hundred and Fifty Nigerian Naira (NGN 93,298,500) is the total cost for the full twelve-month Social Worker engagement as detailed in this Quotation Estimate for the Nigeria Lagos operational area.
- Payment shall be made in quarterly instalments of NGN 23,324,625 each, due within fourteen (14) calendar days of the submission of the corresponding quarterly progress report.
- A mobilisation advance of 15% of the total contract value (NGN 13,994,775) shall be payable within seven (7) days of contract execution to facilitate onboarding of the Social Worker team and procurement of initial materials.
- All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Lagos Community Welfare & Social Services Ltd., Zenith Bank Plc, Victoria Island Branch, Lagos, Account No. 1012-4567-8901.
- Late payments shall attract a penalty of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance, in accordance with standard commercial practice in Nigeria Lagos.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, prices may be revised to reflect changes in the Nigerian economic environment, including inflation adjustments and foreign exchange fluctuations affecting imported materials.
- All Social Worker personnel engaged under this contract shall be registered with the Nigerian Association of Social Workers (NASW) and hold valid professional practice certificates.
- The contractor shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and the Lagos State Government, including data protection requirements under the Nigeria Data Protection Act (2023).
- Confidentiality: All client records, case files, and personal data handled by the Social Worker team shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party without written consent, except where mandated by law.
- Termination: Either party may terminate the contract with sixty (60) days written notice. In the event of termination, the client shall be liable for all services rendered up to the effective date of termination.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved through mediation in Lagos, Nigeria, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act (Cap A18, LFN 2004).
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties and countersigned by authorised representatives.
