The Social Worker engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall be a registered professional holding a valid license from the Department of Social Services, Ministry of Health, Sri Lanka. The scope of services to be delivered in Sri Lanka Colombo includes, but is not limited to, the following:

• Community Assessment & Needs Analysis: Conducting thorough socio-economic assessments of target communities across Colombo District, identifying vulnerable populations including the elderly, orphans, persons with disabilities, and economically disadvantaged families.
• Case Management & Intervention Planning: Developing individualized care plans for identified beneficiaries, coordinating with government agencies, NGOs, and private sector partners operating within Sri Lanka Colombo to ensure holistic support.
• Psychosocial Counselling & Support: Providing one-on-one and group counselling sessions for individuals and families experiencing trauma, domestic violence, substance abuse, or mental health challenges in the Colombo urban and peri-urban areas.
• Advocacy & Rights Protection: Representing the interests of vulnerable clients before local government authorities, courts, and social welfare offices in Sri Lanka Colombo, ensuring their legal and social rights are upheld.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on prevailing economic conditions in Sri Lanka Colombo.
• Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of the sixth month, and the remaining 30% upon final project delivery and acceptance.
• The Social Worker shall adhere to the Code of Ethics established by the Sri Lankan Social Work Association and all applicable regulations of the Ministry of Health, Sri Lanka.
• Confidentiality of all beneficiary data and client information is strictly maintained in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of Sri Lanka.
• Either party may terminate the engagement with thirty (30) days written notice. In such cases, payment shall be made pro-rata for services rendered up to the termination date.
• All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, failing which they shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration Act of Sri Lanka, with the seat of arbitration in Colombo.
• The Social Worker shall not be engaged in any concurrent professional assignment that creates a conflict of interest with the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate.

By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined in this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of a Social Worker to deliver professional services in Sri Lanka Colombo. This document, once countersigned by both parties, constitutes a binding service agreement.
