The Software Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate will be responsible for the following duties and deliverables while based in Egypt Alexandria:
- Design, development, testing, and deployment of full-stack web and mobile applications using modern technology stacks (Node.js, React, Python, and cloud-native architectures).
- Architectural planning and system design for scalable software solutions tailored to the client's business requirements.
- Code review, refactoring, and maintenance of existing codebases to ensure performance, security, and compliance with industry best practices.
- Integration of third-party APIs, payment gateways, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- Agile sprint participation, daily stand-ups, and bi-weekly progress reporting to the client's project management team.
- On-site presence at the client's office located in the Smouha district of Egypt Alexandria, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (Egypt Standard Time).
- Provision of technical documentation, user manuals, and post-deployment support for a minimum of ninety (90) days following project completion.

All amounts are exclusive of any applicable withholding tax as per Egyptian fiscal regulations. The Software Engineer's social insurance contributions are included within the monthly retainer fee listed in Item 01.
Payment against this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows: an initial advance payment of thirty percent (30%) due upon contract execution; a second installment of forty percent (40%) due at the midpoint of the six-month engagement period; and a final payment of thirty percent (30%) due upon successful project delivery and client sign-off. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Nile Delta Tech Solutions LLC, National Bank of Egypt, Alexandria Branch. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month in accordance with Egyptian commercial law.
- This Quotation Estimate is non-binding until formally accepted in writing by both parties and converted into a definitive service agreement.
- The Software Engineer shall adhere to all data protection and intellectual property policies of the client. All source code, documentation, and deliverables produced during the engagement shall be the sole property of the client upon full payment.
- The Software Engineer is required to maintain a minimum of four (4) consecutive working days per week at the client's premises in Egypt Alexandria. Remote work may be permitted by mutual written agreement for up to one (1) day per week.
- Either party may terminate the engagement with a written notice period of thirty (30) days. In the event of early termination, the client shall be liable for all services rendered up to the termination date plus a 10% administrative fee.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include costs for third-party software licenses, cloud hosting fees, or hardware procurement unless explicitly stated in the itemized breakdown above.
- All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Alexandria, Egypt, in accordance with the Egyptian Arbitration Law No. 27 of 1994.
- The Software Engineer shall comply with all applicable Egyptian labor laws, including but not limited to the Labor Law No. 12 of 2003, and shall maintain valid professional registration where required.
