This Quotation Estimate is issued by NileTech Solutions Ltd. to formally present the professional fees, engagement terms, and deliverables associated with the provision of a qualified Software Engineer to Al-Ahram Digital Group. The engagement is specifically scoped for operations within Egypt Cairo, where the Software Engineer will be physically stationed at the client's premises in the New Administrative Capital District. This document serves as a binding financial proposal and outlines all costs, responsibilities, and conditions governing the professional services to be rendered.
2. Scope of Services – Software Engineer RoleThe Software Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall perform the following duties and responsibilities on behalf of the client in Egypt Cairo:
- Design, development, testing, and deployment of enterprise-grade web applications and microservices using modern technology stacks (Java, Python, Node.js, React, and .NET).
- Architecting scalable cloud infrastructure solutions on AWS and Azure platforms, ensuring compliance with Egyptian data residency regulations as mandated by the National Telecom Regulatory Authority (NTRA).
- Conducting code reviews, implementing CI/CD pipelines, and maintaining DevOps best practices across the client's development environment in Egypt Cairo.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including product managers, UI/UX designers, and QA specialists to deliver software solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Providing technical documentation, API specifications, and knowledge transfer sessions to the client's internal engineering team.
- Participating in agile sprint ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives) conducted at the client's Egypt Cairo office, five days per week.
- Ensuring adherence to ISO 27001 information security standards and Egyptian cybersecurity laws applicable to software development in Egypt Cairo.
The Software Engineer proposed under this Quotation Estimate shall possess a minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in software development, a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field from a recognized Egyptian or international university, and demonstrated proficiency in at least three of the following: Java, Python, C#, TypeScript, and Go. The candidate must hold a valid Egyptian work permit and be legally authorized to perform professional services within Egypt Cairo. Prior experience working with Egyptian government or financial sector clients is considered a strong advantage.

* All rates are quoted in Egyptian Pounds (EGP). This Quotation Estimate is exclusive of any applicable withholding tax as per Egyptian tax law. The Software Engineer's salary, social insurance contributions, and statutory benefits are included within the monthly professional fee and are the sole responsibility of NileTech Solutions Ltd.
5. Payment Terms- Payment shall be made monthly in arrears via bank transfer to NileTech Solutions Ltd.'s designated account at CIB (Commercial International Bank), Egypt Cairo branch.
- A 10% advance payment is required upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to initiate the onboarding process for the Software Engineer.
- Invoices are due within fifteen (15) calendar days of the invoice date. Late payments shall accrue interest at 1.5% per month as permitted under Egyptian commercial law.
- All payments are subject to the client's right to withhold amounts corresponding to any documented service deficiencies.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates and availability of the Software Engineer are subject to revision.
- The engagement period is twelve (12) months, commencing on the mutually agreed start date. Renewal requires written confirmation from both parties at least thirty (30) days prior to contract expiration.
- NileTech Solutions Ltd. reserves the right to replace the assigned Software Engineer with a candidate of equal or superior qualification, subject to the client's written approval, in the event of illness, resignation, or performance concerns.
- The Software Engineer shall comply with all applicable Egyptian labor laws, data protection regulations, and the client's internal policies while working in Egypt Cairo.
- Confidentiality and intellectual property rights: All work product, code, documentation, and proprietary information created during the engagement shall remain the exclusive property of the client. The Software Engineer is bound by a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) for a period of two (2) years post-engagement.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the client shall be liable for all services rendered up to the termination date.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Failing resolution within thirty (30) days, disputes shall be submitted to arbitration under the rules of the Egyptian Arbitration Center in Cairo.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a permanent employment contract. The Software Engineer remains an employee of NileTech Solutions Ltd. and is seconded to the client for the duration of the engagement.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and financial obligations outlined herein for the provision of the Software Engineer in Egypt Cairo.
