This Quotation Estimate is issued by TechBridge Solutions Pvt. Ltd. for the provision of a qualified Software Engineer to be deployed at the client's office in India Mumbai. The Software Engineer shall be responsible for the following duties and deliverables:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend microservices using Java (Spring Boot), Python (Django/FastAPI), and Node.js within the client's fintech platform architecture.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints supporting transaction processing, user authentication, and real-time data streaming modules.
• Write comprehensive unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end test suites ensuring a minimum of 85% code coverage across all assigned modules.
• Collaborate with the DevOps team in Mumbai to manage CI/CD pipelines, containerised deployments (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud infrastructure on AWS Mumbai (ap-south-1) region.
• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, code reviews, and retrospectives following Agile/Scrum methodology with a two-week sprint cycle.
• Perform database design and optimisation using PostgreSQL and MongoDB, ensuring query performance meets SLA requirements for high-frequency trading workloads.
• Document all technical specifications, API contracts, and architectural decisions in the client's Confluence workspace.
• Provide on-call support during critical release windows and incident response as per the agreed escalation matrix.

* All amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR). The above Quotation Estimate is exclusive of any TDS deductions applicable under Indian tax law. TDS @ 10% (Section 194J) shall be deducted by the client at source.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be revised based on prevailing market conditions in the India Mumbai technology talent pool.
• The Software Engineer shall be an employee of TechBridge Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and shall be seconded to the client's premises in Mumbai. The client shall not be deemed the employer for any statutory or contractual obligation.
• Payment terms: 50% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, and the remaining 50% payable in monthly instalments within 15 days of invoice issuance.
• The client may terminate the engagement with a 30-day written notice. In such an event, fees for the notice period shall be payable, and a replacement Software Engineer of equivalent skill level shall be provided at no additional cost.
• All intellectual property, code, documentation, and work product created by the Software Engineer during the engagement shall vest exclusively with the client upon full payment.
• The Software Engineer shall adhere to the client's code of conduct, data security policies, and non-disclosure agreement (NDA) specific to the India Mumbai office operations.
• Any change in scope, additional modules, or extended working hours beyond the standard 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Mon–Sat) schedule in Mumbai shall be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate issued separately.
• Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties via signed purchase order or service agreement.
