This Quotation Estimate is issued by TechnoBridge Solutions Pvt. Ltd. to Meridian Digital Services LLP in response to the client's formal request for the engagement of a qualified Software Engineer to be deployed at the client's operational office in India New Delhi. The purpose of this document is to provide a comprehensive, itemised financial estimate covering all costs associated with the recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing contractual employment of the Software Engineer for a period of twelve (12) months. All figures presented in this Quotation Estimate are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein.
The Software Engineer will be responsible for the design, development, testing, and maintenance of the client's proprietary enterprise resource planning (ERP) platform, as well as the integration of third-party APIs and microservices. The role will be performed on-site at the client's premises in India New Delhi, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 09:30 IST and 18:30 IST, with a one-hour lunch break.
The Software Engineer proposed under this Quotation Estimate meets the following minimum qualifications and experience criteria:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering discipline from a recognised institution in India.
- Minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in full-stack software development, with at least two (2) years in a senior or lead capacity.
- Proficiency in Java, Python, and modern JavaScript frameworks (React.js / Angular).
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure), containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Proven ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments and produce production-ready code within iterative sprints.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); Hindi proficiency is preferred given the work location in India New Delhi.

All amounts are exclusive of TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) as per Section 194J of the Income Tax Act, 1961, which shall be deducted by the client at the applicable rate of 10% on the professional fee component.
- 25% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the master service agreement.
- Remaining 75% payable in equal monthly instalments, due on the 5th business day of each subsequent month.
- Payments shall be made via NEFT/RTGS to the bank account of TechnoBridge Solutions Pvt. Ltd. as specified in the agreement.
- A late payment penalty of 1.5% per month (or part thereof) shall apply to any overdue instalment.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be revised to reflect market adjustments in the India New Delhi technology talent pool.
- The Software Engineer shall remain an employee of TechnoBridge Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and shall be seconded to the client's India New Delhi office. No direct employment relationship shall exist between the client and the engineer.
- The client reserves the right to request a replacement of the Software Engineer within the first 30 days of deployment at no additional cost, should the candidate fail to meet the agreed-upon performance benchmarks.
- Any scope change, additional deliverable, or extension of the engagement period beyond twelve months shall be governed by a separate amendment to this Quotation Estimate, signed by both parties.
- Confidentiality and intellectual property terms shall be as per the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and IP Assignment Deed to be executed concurrently with the master service agreement.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by the client and countersigned by an authorised representative of TechnoBridge Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
- Governing law: The laws of India. Jurisdiction: Courts at New Delhi, India.
