1. Purpose of This Quotation Estimate

This Quotation Estimate is formally issued by PT Nusantara Digital Solutions to PT Maju Bersama Teknologi to outline the projected costs, deliverables, and professional terms associated with the engagement of a dedicated Software Engineer for a six-month project period. The Software Engineer will be physically based in Indonesia Jakarta, specifically at the client's office located in the SCBD district of Jakarta Selatan, ensuring on-site collaboration, real-time communication, and full alignment with the local business environment of Indonesia Jakarta. This Quotation Estimate serves as a binding financial proposal and shall remain valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue unless otherwise extended in writing by both parties.

2. Scope of Work – Software Engineer Services in Indonesia Jakarta

The Software Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall perform the following duties and responsibilities while stationed in Indonesia Jakarta:

Design, development, and deployment of a full-stack web application (React.js frontend, Node.js/Express backend, PostgreSQL database) tailored to the client's enterprise workflow requirements in the Indonesia Jakarta market.
Integration of the application with existing third-party APIs, including local Indonesian payment gateways (GoPay, OVO, DANA) and government e-invoicing systems (e-Faktur) as mandated for businesses operating in Indonesia Jakarta.
Conducting weekly code reviews, sprint planning sessions, and agile stand-ups at the client's Indonesia Jakarta office, five (5) days per week, Monday through Friday, 09:00–18:00 WIB.
Providing technical documentation, API specifications, and user manuals in both Bahasa Indonesia and English to ensure accessibility for all stakeholders in Indonesia Jakarta.
Delivering a minimum of two (2) major feature releases per month, with associated unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) support.
Offering post-deployment technical support and bug-fixing for a period of thirty (30) days following each release, conducted remotely or on-site in Indonesia Jakarta as required.

Note: All rates quoted in this Quotation Estimate are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and are inclusive of the Software Engineer's professional fees, on-site presence in Indonesia Jakarta, standard working tools, and applicable local taxes. The VAT rate of 11% is in accordance with the prevailing tax regulations of the Republic of Indonesia for services rendered in Indonesia Jakarta. Any additional scope beyond the defined deliverables will be subject to a separate Quotation Estimate amendment. 4. Payment Terms

30% advance payment upon signing of the Service Agreement, payable within seven (7) business days via bank transfer to the account designated by PT Nusantara Digital Solutions.
40% milestone payment due at the completion of Month 3 (mid-project review), subject to client sign-off on deliverables.
30% final payment due upon successful completion of all deliverables and acceptance of the final release in Indonesia Jakarta.
Overdue payments shall incur a late fee of 1.5% per month, calculated from the due date, in accordance with Indonesian commercial law.

5. Terms and Conditions

This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties.
The Software Engineer team shall comply with all data protection regulations under Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP No. 27 of 2022) while handling client data in Indonesia Jakarta.
Intellectual property rights for all code, documentation, and deliverables produced under this engagement shall transfer to the client upon full payment.
Either party may terminate the engagement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In such case, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date as reflected in this Quotation Estimate.
Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters affecting Indonesia Jakarta, shall be addressed per the terms of the Service Agreement.
All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent Service Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Jakarta, Indonesia, in accordance with the rules of the Indonesian National Board of Arbitration (BANI).

6. Acceptance

By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms set forth in this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of Software Engineer services in Indonesia Jakarta.
