This Quotation Estimate is issued by Meridian Tech Solutions Ltd. to formally present the professional fees, deliverables, and commercial terms associated with the engagement of a qualified Software Engineer to be deployed and operational within the Israel Tel Aviv technology corridor. This document serves as a binding financial proposal and shall remain valid for the period stated above. All rates quoted herein are exclusive of Israeli Value Added Tax (VAT) at the prevailing rate of 18%, which shall be added to the final invoice upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate.
The Software Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall perform the following duties and responsibilities within the Israel Tel Aviv work environment:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software applications using modern frameworks (Node.js, Python, C#, or equivalent) as specified by the client's technical architecture.
- Participate in agile development sprints, code reviews, and architectural planning sessions conducted at the client's Israel Tel Aviv office or via approved remote collaboration tools.
- Integrate third-party APIs, cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP), and microservice components into the existing product ecosystem.
- Write comprehensive unit tests, integration tests, and documentation in accordance with the client's quality assurance standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, UI/UX designers, and DevOps engineers based in Israel Tel Aviv to ensure timely delivery of software milestones.
- Provide on-call support during agreed maintenance windows and respond to production incidents within the defined SLA parameters.

All amounts in this Quotation Estimate are denominated in Israeli New Shekels (ILS). The Software Engineer's monthly fee reflects the competitive compensation benchmark for senior-level technical talent in the Israel Tel Aviv market as of Q2 2025, inclusive of statutory employer contributions (Bituach Leumi, pension, and health insurance) as mandated by Israeli labor law.
Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Meridian Tech Solutions Ltd. Invoices will be issued on the 1st business day of each calendar month, covering the preceding month's services. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate prescribed by the Israeli Late Payment Law (Hokhachat HaTashlumim HaMe'ahherim). The initial onboarding fee (Item 2) is payable upon commencement of the Software Engineer's first working day in Israel Tel Aviv.
- This Quotation Estimate is non-binding until formally accepted in writing by both parties via signed contract or purchase order referencing Quotation Estimate No. QTE-2025-TLV-0487.
- The Software Engineer shall be subject to Israeli employment and labor regulations, including the Minimum Wage Law, the Hours of Work and Rest Law, and the Protection of Privacy Law (5741-1981).
- Confidentiality: The Software Engineer shall execute a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to accessing any proprietary client systems, source code, or business data. All intellectual property developed during the engagement shall vest in the client.
- Termination: Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days' written notice. In the event of termination for cause, no notice period applies. Pro-rated fees for the partial month shall be invoiced accordingly.
- Work Location: Primary work shall be performed at the client's premises in Israel Tel Aviv. Remote work days (up to 2 per week) may be arranged by mutual written consent. The Software Engineer is responsible for any applicable travel or relocation costs unless otherwise stipulated.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to national security alerts, government-mandated closures, or natural disasters affecting the Israel Tel Aviv region.
- Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.
- Subcontracting: The Software Engineer shall not subcontract any portion of the work without prior written approval from the client.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the rates, scope, and terms outlined herein for the engagement of the Software Engineer in Israel Tel Aviv.
