1. Purpose of This Quotation Estimate

2. Scope of Services – Software Engineer Engagement

The Software Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall be responsible for the full software development lifecycle, including but not limited to: requirements gathering and system analysis, architecture design, coding and implementation, unit and integration testing, code review, deployment, and post-release maintenance. The Software Engineer will operate primarily within the Philippines Manila area, with the option for hybrid work arrangements between the client's office and the Apex Digital Solutions co-working facility located in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, Philippines Manila. The Software Engineer shall possess a minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in full-stack development, proficiency in at least two modern programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, TypeScript, C#), and demonstrated expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

4. Terms and Conditions

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any engagement initiated after the expiration date shall be subject to revised pricing based on current Philippines Manila market conditions.
Payment terms: 50% upon contract execution and 50% upon successful completion of the first six (6) months of the Software Engineer engagement. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the designated account of Apex Digital Solutions Inc., Philippines Manila.
The Software Engineer shall be bound by a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and Intellectual Property Assignment Agreement, ensuring that all code, documentation, and deliverables produced during the engagement remain the exclusive property of the client.
Any scope changes, additional features, or extended timelines beyond the original Quotation Estimate shall be documented in a formal Change Order and priced separately before implementation.
The Software Engineer is expected to work a standard 40-hour work week (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Philippines Manila time, UTC+8), with optional weekend support at a 1.5x rate.
This Quotation Estimate does not include travel expenses, accommodation, or per diem should the Software Engineer be required to travel outside the Philippines Manila metropolitan area for client meetings or on-site deployments.
All government-mandated deductions (income tax, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) shall be processed in accordance with the latest regulations of the Philippine government as applicable to workers in the Philippines Manila region.
Termination may be initiated by either party with a thirty (30) day written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall be liable for all services rendered up to the termination date as outlined in this Quotation Estimate.

5. Acceptance and Authorization

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for the Software Engineer services in Philippines Manila and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein.
