This Quotation Estimate is issued by TechBridge Solutions Co., Ltd. to provide a comprehensive and transparent cost breakdown for the engagement of a qualified Software Engineer based in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City. This document outlines the scope of services, deliverables, compensation structure, and all associated terms governing the professional relationship between the client and our firm. The Software Engineer will be deployed to support the client's technology initiatives, ensuring high-quality software development, system maintenance, and architectural consulting within the dynamic tech ecosystem of Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City.

The Software Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate will perform the following duties and responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software applications using modern frameworks and technologies (including but not limited to Java, Python, C#, Node.js, React, and Angular).
Conduct code reviews, implement best practices for software architecture, and ensure adherence to industry standards such as ISO/IEC 25010 for software quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams located in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City and remote international offices to deliver project milestones on schedule.
Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshooting, and system optimization for existing software platforms.
Prepare technical documentation, API specifications, and user manuals as part of the Software Engineer's standard deliverables.
Participate in agile development sprints, daily stand-ups, and sprint retrospectives to maintain project transparency and velocity.

The Software Engineer proposed under this Quotation Estimate meets the following minimum qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead Software Engineer capacity.

Fluency in English (written and spoken) and working proficiency in Vietnamese to facilitate seamless communication within the Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City office environment.

The following Quotation Estimate details the compensation and cost structure for the Software Engineer engagement. All figures are presented in United States Dollars (USD) and are subject to the prevailing exchange rate at the time of invoicing.

Note: This Quotation Estimate assumes a minimum engagement period of three (3) months. Should the client require a shorter or longer engagement, the pricing structure will be adjusted proportionally. All prices are exclusive of applicable Vietnamese Value Added Tax (VAT) at 10%, which will be added to the final invoice. The Software Engineer's compensation is structured to reflect the competitive talent market in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City while ensuring access to top-tier technical expertise.

Invoices are issued on the 1st of each calendar month for services rendered in the preceding month.
Payment is due within fifteen (15) business days of invoice receipt via bank transfer to our designated account in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City.
A late payment fee of 1.5% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance exceeding the payment due date.
The one-time onboarding and setup fee is due upon execution of the service agreement and acceptance of this Quotation Estimate.
All payments are subject to standard interbank transfer fees, which shall be borne by the client.

The Software Engineer will be primarily based at our office facility in District 1, Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City, with a hybrid work arrangement permitting up to two (2) remote workdays per week. Standard working hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (ICT, UTC+7), with a one-hour lunch break. Any work performed outside these hours must be pre-approved in writing by the client's project sponsor and will be compensated under the contingency and overtime line item specified in this Quotation Estimate.

All proprietary information, source code, architectural designs, and business strategies shared during the engagement will be treated as strictly confidential. The Software Engineer will execute a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to commencing work. All intellectual property developed specifically for the client under this Quotation Estimate shall be the sole property of the client upon full payment of all outstanding invoices. TechBridge Solutions Co., Ltd. retains ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies developed independently of the client engagement.

Either party may terminate the engagement with a written notice of thirty (30) days. In the event of early termination by the client without cause, a cancellation fee equivalent to one (1) month's retainer will be applied. If termination is due to the Software Engineer's failure to meet agreed-upon performance metrics, no cancellation fee shall apply, and a replacement Software Engineer will be provided at no additional cost within fourteen (14) business days.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the engagement of a Software Engineer in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City. This document constitutes a binding proposal valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue.
