The Speech Therapist assigned to this case will conduct a full initial assessment, develop an individualised treatment plan, and deliver ongoing therapeutic sessions. The programme is tailored to the patient's developmental stage, severity of speech delay, and family goals. All sessions take place at our fully equipped clinic in Thailand Bangkok, or alternatively at the client's residence within the Bangkok metropolitan area (a travel surcharge may apply for home visits outside the central district).

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Payment is due as follows: a 30% deposit (THB 31,297.50) is required to secure the Speech Therapist's schedule and confirm the start date. The remaining 70% balance (THB 73,027.50) is payable in two equal instalments at the midpoint (Week 6) and conclusion (Week 12) of the programme. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer to our Thailand Bangkok office account, credit/debit card, or cash at the clinic. A tax invoice will be issued upon each payment.

All Speech Therapist services are delivered by a licensed professional registered with the Thai Ministry of Public Health and the Thai Speech-Language Pathology Association.
Sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance without charge. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will be billed at 50% of the session fee.
The Speech Therapist reserves the right to adjust the treatment plan based on the patient's progress, which may alter the number of sessions. Any additional sessions beyond the 24 included will be billed at the standard rate of THB 2,800 per 45-minute session.
Confidentiality of all patient records and assessment data is maintained in accordance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) B.E. 2562 (2019).
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a medical diagnosis. A formal diagnosis, if required, will be provided in the written assessment report.
Home-visit services within Thailand Bangkok (central districts: Pathum Wan, Khlong Toei, Khlong San, Watthana) are included at no extra cost. Visits to outer districts (e.g., Nonthaburi, Samut Prakan) incur a travel surcharge of THB 500 per visit.
Any dispute arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangkok.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined above for the Speech Therapist services to be provided in Thailand Bangkok. The service commencement date will be confirmed within three (3) working days of the deposit payment.
