1. Scope of Services – Statistician Engagement
This Quotation Estimate is issued by DataStat Consulting Group, S.A. de C.V. to formally propose the engagement of a senior Statistician and supporting statistical team to deliver comprehensive quantitative analysis, modeling, and reporting services for the client's ongoing research program based in Mexico Mexico City. The Statistician will be embedded within the client's operations center located in the Cuauhtémoc district of Mexico Mexico City and will report directly to the Director of Research.
The scope encompasses the design of statistical protocols, interim and final analyses, power calculations, sample size determinations, Bayesian and frequentist modeling, survival analysis, multivariate regression, and the preparation of regulatory-ready statistical reports compliant with COFEPRIS and international standards. All deliverables will be produced in both Spanish and English to accommodate the bilingual operational environment of Mexico Mexico City.

3. Terms and Conditions of this Quotation Estimate
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, pricing for the Statistician engagement and all associated services may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Mexico Mexico City.
- Payment terms: 40% advance upon contract execution, 30% at the midpoint of the engagement (Month 3), and 30% upon final delivery and acceptance of all Statistician reports. All payments shall be made in Mexican Pesos (MXN) via bank transfer to the account designated by DataStat Consulting Group, S.A. de C.V., Mexico Mexico City.
- The Statistician and supporting team will work standard business hours (Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 CST) at the client's facility in Mexico Mexico City. Overtime or weekend work, if required, will be billed at 1.5x the hourly rate specified in this Quotation Estimate.
- All intellectual property, statistical models, code, and reports generated under this engagement shall become the exclusive property of the client upon full payment. The Statistician retains the right to reference the work in academic publications only with prior written consent.
- Confidentiality: The Statistician and all team members will execute a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) compliant with Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data (LFPDPPP) before accessing any client data in Mexico Mexico City.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government mandates, or public health emergencies affecting operations in Mexico Mexico City.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Mexico Mexico City in accordance with the rules of the Mexican Arbitration Center (CAM).
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed a formal Service Agreement referencing this document by number (QTE-2025-0847).
4. Acceptance and Authorization
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Statistician services in Mexico Mexico City and agrees to the terms, scope, and pricing outlined herein. This acceptance authorizes DataStat Consulting Group, S.A. de C.V. to proceed with the engagement upon execution of the formal contract.
