The Statistician assigned to this engagement in Zimbabwe Harare shall hold a minimum of a Master's degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, or a closely related quantitative discipline from an accredited institution. The Statistician must possess a minimum of eight (8) years of progressive professional experience in statistical analysis, research methodology, and data science. The Statistician shall be a registered member of the Statistical Institute of Zimbabwe and shall adhere to the ethical guidelines established by the Zimbabwe National Statistics and Research Council. All work performed by the Statistician in Zimbabwe Harare shall comply with the Statistics Act [Chapter 22:07] of Zimbabwe and applicable data protection regulations.

4.1 Payment shall be made in United States Dollars (USD) or its equivalent in Zimbabwe Dollars (ZWL) at the prevailing Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe exchange rate on the date of invoice. All payments related to this Quotation Estimate shall be remitted to the designated bank account in Harare, Zimbabwe.

4.2 A mobilization payment of twenty-five percent (25%) of the total Quotation Estimate value shall be due within fourteen (14) days of contract signature to facilitate the Statistician's onboarding and project initiation in Zimbabwe Harare.

4.3 Progress payments of twenty percent (20%) shall be due at the completion of each major deliverable milestone as outlined in the project work plan. The Statistician shall submit a detailed progress report alongside each payment request.

4.4 The final balance of thirty percent (30%) shall be payable within twenty-one (21) days of acceptance of the final technical report and all associated deliverables by the client in Zimbabwe Harare.

4.5 Late payments shall attract interest at a rate of two percent (2%) per month, calculated from the due date until full settlement is received.

5.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, the Statistician service rates and total costs may be subject to revision based on prevailing economic conditions in Zimbabwe Harare.

5.2 Any changes to the scope of Statistician services, additional fieldwork locations beyond Zimbabwe Harare, or extended project timelines must be documented in a formal variation order signed by both parties before execution.

5.3 The Statistician shall maintain full professional confidentiality regarding all data, datasets, and proprietary information accessed during the engagement in Zimbabwe Harare. A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) shall be executed prior to the commencement of work.

5.4 The Statistician shall be provided with reasonable working facilities, access to relevant databases, and necessary administrative support by the client at the designated office location in Harare, Zimbabwe.

5.5 This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by the client and countersigned by the service provider. Upon acceptance, a definitive Service Agreement shall be drafted and executed.

5.6 Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent Statistician engagement in Zimbabwe Harare shall be resolved through mediation in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Zimbabwe, with jurisdiction vested in the courts of Harare.
