1. Scope of Services — Surgeon Engagement in Germany Munich
This Quotation Estimate is issued by Munich Medical Services GmbH to provide a comprehensive and transparent cost breakdown for the engagement of a qualified Surgeon to deliver specialist surgical services at the designated facility in Germany Munich. The Surgeon shall be a board-certified specialist in General and Vascular Surgery, holding full registration with the Bayerische Landeszärztekammer (Bavarian State Medical Association) and possessing a minimum of fifteen years of post-qualification surgical experience in a tertiary-care hospital environment.
The Surgeon will be responsible for performing elective and emergency surgical procedures, conducting pre-operative assessments, supervising junior surgical staff, participating in multidisciplinary tumour boards, and ensuring full compliance with all applicable German medical regulations, including the Berufsordnung der Bayerischen Ärztekammer and the relevant provisions of the Sozialgesetzbuch V (SGB V). All clinical activities will be conducted within the operating theatres and associated clinical wards of the facility located in Germany Munich.

3. Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all rates and conditions are subject to revision without prior notice.
- All prices quoted are in Euros (EUR) and are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT / Umsatzsteuer) at the standard German rate of 19%, which is added separately as indicated above.
- The Surgeon shall be engaged under a fixed-term employment contract (Festanstellungsvertrag) in accordance with the German Civil Code (BGB) and applicable collective agreements (Tarifvertrag) for hospital medical staff in the state of Bavaria.
- Payment terms: Invoices shall be issued monthly in arrears. Payment is due within fourteen (14) calendar days of the invoice date via bank transfer to the account of Munich Medical Services GmbH, IBAN: DE89 3704 0044 0532 0130 00, BIC: COBADEFFXXX.
- Any cancellation of this engagement prior to the end of the contract period shall be subject to a notice period of three (3) months, as stipulated in the individual employment contract of the Surgeon.
- The Surgeon is required to maintain full professional registration, valid medical licence, and up-to-date certification in resuscitation (Reanimation) throughout the entire contract period in Germany Munich.
- All patient data and clinical records shall be handled in strict compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / DSGVO) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties and a definitive service agreement is executed.
- Disputes arising from this engagement shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, and the exclusive jurisdiction shall be the competent courts in Munich, Germany.
