This Quotation Estimate is issued by Clinique Médicale du Maârif to provide the professional services of a qualified Surgeon for a defined period of engagement at the client's facility located in Morocco Casablanca. The Surgeon engaged under this quotation shall hold a valid Moroccan medical license (Ordre des Médecins du Maroc), a specialization in General Surgery with a minimum of fifteen (15) years of post-graduate clinical experience, and full professional liability insurance coverage as mandated by Moroccan health regulations.

The Surgeon will be available on-site at the Al Amal Medical Center in Casablanca for a continuous period of twelve (12) months, commencing on 1 September 2025. The engagement includes both elective and emergency surgical procedures, pre-operative consultations, post-operative follow-up care, and participation in the hospital's weekly multidisciplinary case conferences.

Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing for the Surgeon services may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Morocco Casablanca.
Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in monthly installments within fifteen (15) business days of invoice receipt. A 10% advance payment is required upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the Surgeon's availability.
Scope Limitation: This Quotation Estimate covers the professional surgical services of the Surgeon only. Costs related to surgical instruments, implants, anesthetic agents, hospital bed occupancy, and laboratory diagnostics are excluded and will be billed separately by the client facility.
Termination: Either party may terminate the Surgeon engagement with a written notice of sixty (60) days. In the event of early termination, a pro-rata fee for the remaining contracted period shall be due.
Regulatory Compliance: The Surgeon shall comply with all regulations set forth by the Moroccan Ministry of Health, the Ordre des Médecins du Maroc, and the applicable data protection laws (Law 09-08) governing patient records in Morocco Casablanca.
Confidentiality: All patient information handled by the Surgeon under this engagement is subject to strict medical confidentiality as defined under Moroccan penal code Article 444.
Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through the competent courts of Casablanca, Morocco, in accordance with Moroccan civil and commercial law.

By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined in this Quotation Estimate for the Surgeon services to be rendered in Morocco Casablanca. This document, once countersigned by both parties, constitutes a binding service agreement.
