This Quotation Estimate is issued by GlobalTech Solutions Pte. Ltd. to Yangon Digital Infrastructure Co., Ltd. for the provision of a dedicated Systems Engineer to be deployed and stationed in Myanmar Yangon. The Systems Engineer will be responsible for the design, implementation, monitoring, and ongoing maintenance of the client's enterprise IT infrastructure, including server environments, network architecture, virtualization platforms, and disaster recovery systems. This Quotation Estimate outlines all associated costs, deliverables, and terms governing the engagement in the Myanmar Yangon operational context.
The Systems Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate will perform the following duties within the Myanmar Yangon office and associated data centres:
- Design, deploy, and manage Windows Server, Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu), and VMware vSphere environments.
- Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy infrastructure.
- Configure and maintain network switches, firewalls, and load balancers serving the Myanmar Yangon headquarters.
- Implement and monitor backup solutions (Veeam, Commvault) with RPO of 4 hours and RTO of 8 hours.
- Perform capacity planning, patch management, and security hardening in compliance with Myanmar's Cyber Security Law (2013) and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Provide Level 3 technical support and incident resolution for all IT systems in the Myanmar Yangon facility.
- Prepare monthly infrastructure reports and quarterly business reviews for the client's CIO.
- Coordinate with local Myanmar Yangon vendors for hardware procurement and cabling works.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing for the Systems Engineer engagement in Myanmar Yangon is subject to revision based on market conditions and exchange rate fluctuations.
- The Systems Engineer shall devote a minimum of 168 hours per month to the client's operations in Myanmar Yangon, with a standard working week of Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 Myanmar Standard Time (MMT, UTC+6:30).
- Emergency on-call support (24/7) is included for critical infrastructure incidents (Severity 1 and 2). Response time shall not exceed 2 hours for on-site issues at the Myanmar Yangon facility.
- Either party may terminate this engagement with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall pay for all services rendered up to the termination date plus a 10% early termination fee.
- All intellectual property, documentation, and system configurations created by the Systems Engineer during the engagement in Myanmar Yangon shall become the sole property of the client upon full payment.
- The Systems Engineer shall comply with all applicable Myanmar Yangon local laws, including but not limited to the Cyber Security Law, the Electronic Transactions Law, and the Foreign Workers Management Law.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Singapore under the rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC).
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until signed and stamped by both parties. A formal Service Level Agreement (SLA) will be executed separately upon acceptance.
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate for the Systems Engineer services to be delivered in Myanmar Yangon. The terms, conditions, and cost structure outlined herein are agreed upon in full.
