1. Introduction and Purpose of This Quotation Estimate
This Quotation Estimate is issued by Apex Systems & Technology Solutions Ltd. to formally outline the scope, deliverables, and associated costs for the engagement of a qualified Systems Engineer to provide comprehensive IT infrastructure design, implementation, and maintenance services within Nigeria Abuja. This document serves as a binding financial proposal and shall remain valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing by both parties.
The Systems Engineer proposed under this Quotation Estimate will operate primarily from our offices in Area 9, Garki, Abuja, with the capacity to deploy on-site at any client facility across the Federal Capital Territory and its environs. All rates quoted herein are inclusive of applicable Nigerian Value Added Tax (VAT) at the prevailing rate of 7.5% unless otherwise indicated.
2. Scope of Work — Systems Engineer Services in Nigeria Abuja
The Systems Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall perform the following duties and deliverables tailored to the operational needs of the client in Nigeria Abuja:
- Infrastructure Design & Architecture: Design, model, and document end-to-end IT infrastructure solutions including server farms, network topologies, storage area networks (SAN), and cloud-hybrid architectures suitable for the Nigerian regulatory and power-grid environment in Abuja.
- System Deployment & Configuration: Install, configure, and commission hardware and software systems including operating systems (Windows Server, Linux distributions), virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V), and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Network Engineering: Plan and implement LAN/WAN configurations, firewall rules, load balancers, and secure remote-access solutions compliant with the Nigerian Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) 2019.
- Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity: Develop and test disaster recovery plans, backup strategies, and failover mechanisms to ensure minimal downtime for critical operations in the Abuja business district.
- Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Deploy monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix, Nagios, PRTG) and conduct quarterly performance audits to maintain optimal system throughput and availability.

All amounts are quoted in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and are subject to revision in the event of significant exchange-rate fluctuations affecting imported hardware or software licensing costs. This Quotation Estimate does not include the cost of physical hardware procurement unless separately itemized in a supplementary addendum.
4. Terms and Conditions
4.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Upon expiry, all rates and availability of the proposed Systems Engineer must be reconfirmed in writing.
4.2 Payment Terms: 40% mobilization advance upon signing of the Service Agreement; 40% upon completion of deployment and commissioning; 20% upon successful handover and acceptance of all deliverables in Nigeria Abuja.
4.3 Invoices shall be payable within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.
4.4 The Systems Engineer shall adhere to all applicable Nigerian labour laws, data protection regulations (NDPR 2019), and industry standards. Apex Systems & Technology Solutions Ltd. shall maintain professional indemnity and public liability insurance throughout the engagement.
4.5 Any change in scope beyond the items listed in Section 2 shall be subject to a formal Change Order and a revised Quotation Estimate before work commences.
4.6 This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Abuja, FCT, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act (Cap A18, LFN 2004).
4.7 Confidentiality: All information exchanged during the course of this engagement shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent.
5. Acceptance and Authorization
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, scope, and pricing outlined herein for the engagement of the Systems Engineer in Nigeria Abuja. This document, once countersigned, shall form part of the master Service Agreement between the parties.
