This Quotation Estimate is formally issued by Al Rayyan Technology Solutions W.L.L., a registered technology services provider operating in Qatar Doha, to present a comprehensive and itemized cost breakdown for the engagement of a qualified Systems Engineer to support the client's infrastructure, network architecture, and IT operations within the Qatar Doha region. This document serves as a binding financial proposal subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein and is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue.
The Systems Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall perform the following duties and responsibilities within the client's premises and remote locations across Qatar Doha:
- Design, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise-grade server infrastructure including Windows Server, Linux (RHEL, Ubuntu), and virtualization platforms (VMware vSphere, Hyper-V).
- Configuration, monitoring, and optimization of network systems, firewalls, load balancers, and DNS/DHCP services to ensure uninterrupted connectivity across all Qatar Doha office locations.
- Implementation and management of cloud hybrid solutions integrating on-premises data centers with Microsoft Azure and AWS services, ensuring compliance with Qatar's data sovereignty regulations.
- Development and execution of disaster recovery plans, business continuity strategies, and regular backup protocols to protect critical business data.
- Provisioning, patch management, and security hardening of all endpoints, servers, and network devices in accordance with ISO 27001 and Qatar National Cybersecurity Center (QNCC) guidelines.
- Performance monitoring, capacity planning, and proactive troubleshooting of all IT systems to minimize downtime and ensure service-level agreement (SLA) compliance.
- Coordination with third-party vendors, telecom operators, and regulatory bodies within Qatar Doha for infrastructure upgrades and compliance audits.
- Preparation of detailed technical documentation, as-built drawings, and operational runbooks for all systems managed by the Systems Engineer.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period requires revalidation of pricing.
- All rates quoted are in Qatari Riyal (QAR) and are inclusive of the Systems Engineer's professional expertise, tools, and standard working hours. Overtime is billed separately as itemized above.
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of the initial assessment phase, and 30% upon successful handover and final acceptance. All payments are due within fourteen (14) days of invoice date.
- The Systems Engineer shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the State of Qatar, including but not limited to the Qatar Labour Law, data protection directives, and Qatar Doha municipal requirements for IT operations.
- Any scope changes, additional site visits beyond Qatar Doha, or emergency call-outs outside standard hours shall be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate and written client approval prior to execution.
- Confidentiality: All data, credentials, and proprietary information accessed by the Systems Engineer during the engagement shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party without written consent from the client.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a contract until formally signed and stamped by both parties. The executed agreement shall govern all rights, obligations, and dispute resolution mechanisms.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to government-mandated shutdowns in Qatar Doha, shall suspend obligations without penalty to either party.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Systems Engineer services in Qatar Doha and agrees to the terms, conditions, and financial obligations outlined in this document.
