• Infrastructure Assessment: Comprehensive audit of existing server environments, network topologies, and data center configurations located at the client's primary facility in downtown Los Angeles. The Systems Engineer will document current-state architecture and identify performance bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and scalability constraints.
• System Design & Architecture: Development of a future-state architecture blueprint aligned with the client's five-year growth trajectory. This includes selection of appropriate hardware platforms, virtualization strategies, cloud-hybrid integration models, and disaster recovery frameworks suitable for the United States Los Angeles operational environment.
• Implementation & Deployment: Hands-on execution of the migration plan, including server provisioning, network reconfiguration, storage array setup, and application layer optimization. All work will be performed on-site at the client's Los Angeles premises during standard business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Time).
• Testing & Validation: Rigorous functional, performance, and security testing of all deployed systems. The Systems Engineer will produce detailed test reports and remediation logs prior to final handover.
• Documentation & Training: Delivery of complete technical documentation, including runbooks, architecture diagrams, and standard operating procedures. A minimum of two on-site training sessions will be conducted for the client's internal IT staff.
• Ongoing Support (First 90 Days): Post-deployment support window covering troubleshooting, patch management, and minor configuration adjustments to ensure stable operation in the United States Los Angeles data center environment.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, pricing and availability of the assigned Systems Engineer are subject to revision.
2. Payment terms: 30% deposit due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 40% due upon completion of the Implementation phase; 30% due upon final acceptance and delivery of all documentation. All payments are due within fifteen (15) business days of invoice date.
3. All work will be performed in compliance with applicable federal, state (California), and local (City of Los Angeles) regulations, including but not limited to data protection statutes and occupational safety standards.
4. The Systems Engineer assigned to this engagement will operate under a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and will not disclose any proprietary information, system credentials, or architectural details of the client to any third party.
5. Any changes to the scope of work beyond the parameters described in Section 2 will require a written change order signed by both parties. Additional costs will be estimated separately and are not included in this Quotation Estimate.
6. Meridian Technical Solutions LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the performance of services described herein. Total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid under this Quotation Estimate.
7. This engagement is governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
8. The client acknowledges that the Systems Engineer will have access to sensitive infrastructure components and agrees to provide reasonable on-site access, credentials, and support personnel as needed during the engagement period.
