Terms and Conditions of this Quotation Estimate
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the issue date. After this period, prices may be adjusted due to fluctuations in fabric costs within the Brazilian market.
- All bespoke tailor garments will be constructed at our atelier in Asa Sul, Brasília – DF, Brazil. The estimated production time is twenty (20) business days per bespoke suit, excluding fitting appointments.
- Payment terms: 50% deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, and 50% balance due upon final fitting and delivery. Payment may be made via bank transfer (TED/PIX), credit card (up to 3 installments), or cash at our Brasília workshop.
- All alterations and repair services performed by our tailor team carry a ninety (90) day workmanship warranty, valid throughout the Federal District of Brasília.
- Client must attend all scheduled fitting appointments at the tailor's atelier in Brasília. Missed fittings may result in additional charges of R$ 250.00 per rescheduled session.
- Fabric samples and swatches are available for inspection at our Brasília showroom. Final fabric selection must be confirmed in writing before production begins.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until signed by both parties. The tailor reserves the right to decline any order that exceeds the atelier's current production capacity in Brasília.
- All services are subject to the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (Código de Defesa do Consumidor – Lei nº 8.078/1990) and applicable Federal District regulations.
