- This Quotation Estimate is issued by Al-Rafidain Custom Tailor House, a registered tailoring establishment operating in Baghdad, Iraq, and is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any request for the same services after the expiry date will require a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting current fabric and labor costs in the Baghdad market.
- All prices stated in this Quotation Estimate are denominated in Iraqi Dinar (IQD) and include the cost of standard thread, buttons, and basic hardware. Premium or imported accessories (e.g., horn buttons, gold-thread embroidery beyond the specified design) will be quoted separately and added to the final invoice.
- The client is required to provide a deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total Quotation Estimate amount at the time of order confirmation. The remaining balance of fifty percent (50%) is due upon final delivery and acceptance of all tailor-made garments at the client's residence or office in Baghdad.
- All measurements will be taken by our master tailor at the Al-Mansour District workshop in Baghdad. The client must attend at least one fitting session for each custom garment. Additional fitting sessions beyond those specified in this Quotation Estimate will be charged at 5,000 IQD per session.
- Estimated delivery timelines stated in this Quotation Estimate are calculated from the date of the first fitting and full deposit payment. Delays caused by client unavailability for fittings, changes in design specifications after the cutting stage, or force majeure events (including but not limited to power outages common in Baghdad) will extend the timeline proportionally.
- Any alteration or modification requested by the client after the fabric has been cut will be subject to an additional charge of 10% to 25% of the affected item's unit price, as determined by the master tailor. This Quotation Estimate does not cover post-delivery alterations unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Al-Rafidain Custom Tailor House guarantees workmanship quality on all tailor services listed in this Quotation Estimate for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of delivery. This warranty covers stitching defects, seam failures, and structural issues but does not cover damage caused by improper care, washing, or storage by the client.
- This Quotation Estimate is non-transferable and is prepared exclusively for the named client. It does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and the deposit has been received. The final invoice issued upon completion may differ from this Quotation Estimate only if the client has requested changes to the scope of work.
- All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent tailor services shall be resolved amicably. In the event of unresolved disagreement, the matter shall be referred to the Baghdad Commercial Court in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Iraq.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge that this Quotation Estimate for tailor services in Iraq Baghdad has been reviewed, understood, and accepted in its entirety. The Quotation Estimate No. QE-TL-2025-00482 shall serve as the governing reference document for all work performed under this agreement.
