This Quotation Estimate is issued by Lagos Elite Tailor & Bespoke Atelier, a registered Tailor and garment production house operating in Lagos, Nigeria. All pricing reflects the current market rates for premium Tailor services in the Lagos metropolitan area as of June 2025. The estimates assume that all fabric selections are confirmed within five (5) working days of Quotation acceptance. Should the client opt for imported fabrics (Italian, British, or Japanese), additional costs will be quoted separately. All Tailor work is performed by our senior team of certified Tailors with a combined experience of over 40 years in bespoke garment construction. Delivery and pickup services are available within Lagos, Nigeria, including but not limited to Victoria Island, Lekki, Ikoyi, Ikeja, Yaba, and Surulere. This Quotation Estimate does not include costs for accessories such as belts, ties, cufflinks, or shoe pairing consultations, which may be arranged as add-on services.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, prices may be revised to reflect changes in fabric costs, exchange rates, or operational expenses in Nigeria.
2. Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total Quotation Estimate amount is required to commence all Tailor work. The remaining 50% balance is due upon final inspection and approval of all completed garments.
3. All bespoke Tailor items are made to the client's exact measurements. Once cutting of fabric has commenced, no refunds or cancellations will be processed. Minor alterations post-delivery (within 7 days) are complimentary.
4. The Tailor workshop in Lagos, Nigeria, operates Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. On-site measurement appointments in Lagos must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance.
5. All garments are covered by a 30-day workmanship warranty. This covers stitching defects, seam failures, and fitting errors attributable to the Tailor's workmanship. Damage caused by improper care, washing, or wear is excluded.
6. Intellectual property: All custom designs, embroidery patterns, and branding elements created specifically for the client under this Quotation Estimate remain the property of the client. The Tailor retains the right to display completed work in portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in Lagos, Nigeria, in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
8. This Quotation Estimate supersedes all prior verbal or written estimates, discussions, or understandings between the parties regarding Tailor services in Lagos, Nigeria.
