3.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be subject to revision due to fluctuations in fabric costs, exchange rates, or changes in the Tailor workshop's operational capacity in Spain Valencia.
3.2 Payment Terms: A deposit of 40% of the total Quotation Estimate amount is required to secure the client's place in our Tailor production schedule. The remaining 60% balance is due upon final fitting and collection of the completed garments. Payment may be made by bank transfer (IBAN provided upon acceptance), credit/debit card, or in cash at our Valencia atelier.
3.3 Production Timeline: The bespoke Tailor work described in this Quotation Estimate will require an estimated production period of six to eight weeks from the date of the initial measurement appointment. The dinner jacket, due to its complexity, may require up to ten weeks. All timelines are indicative and subject to the Tailor's current workload in our Spain Valencia workshop.
3.4 Fittings and Alterations: Each bespoke garment includes the number of fitting sessions specified in the itemised breakdown. Additional alterations beyond the included fittings will be quoted separately at a rate of 35 EUR per session. The client is expected to attend all scheduled fittings at our Tailor premises in Valencia, Spain.
3.5 Fabric Selection: The fabrics specified in this Quotation Estimate are based on our current stock. Should any fabric become unavailable, our Tailor team will propose an equivalent alternative of similar quality and price. The client will be consulted before any substitution is made.
3.6 Cancellation Policy: In the event the client cancels the order after the initial measurement has been taken, the 40% deposit will be non-refundable as it covers the Tailor's time, pattern-making, and material procurement already committed in Spain Valencia.
3.7 Quality Guarantee: Atelier Valencia Sastre guarantees all bespoke Tailor work for a period of twelve months against defects in workmanship. This guarantee does not cover damage caused by improper care, wear, or unauthorised alterations by third-party Tailors.
