This Quotation Estimate is formally issued by Alexandria Educational Services & Consulting Co. to provide a comprehensive financial and operational breakdown for the recruitment, deployment, and professional development of qualified Teacher Secondary personnel within the public and private secondary school network in Egypt Alexandria. This document serves as the binding financial proposal for the academic year 2025/2026 and encompasses all associated costs, deliverables, and service-level commitments.

The following scope defines the full range of services related to the Teacher Secondary role as requested by the Alexandria Governorate Directorate of Education:

  • Recruitment & Vetting: Sourcing, interviewing, and credential verification of a minimum of 45 Teacher Secondary candidates across Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Arabic, English, and Social Studies disciplines for deployment in secondary schools across Egypt Alexandria.
  • Onboarding & Orientation: A structured two-week orientation programme covering the Egyptian national secondary curriculum, classroom management protocols, and the specific pedagogical standards mandated by the Ministry of Education in Egypt Alexandria.
  • Academic Year Deployment: Full-time classroom instruction for a 32-week academic term, with each Teacher Secondary responsible for a maximum of 24 contact hours per week across assigned secondary schools in the Smouha, Aboukir, and Montazah districts of Egypt Alexandria.
  • Continuous Professional Development: Monthly workshops (minimum 8 hours per month) focused on modern teaching methodologies, digital literacy integration, and assessment design aligned with the Egyptian secondary education reform framework.
  • Performance Monitoring: Quarterly evaluation cycles conducted by senior academic supervisors, including classroom observations, student feedback aggregation, and peer review sessions specific to the Teacher Secondary cohort.

4.1 – A mobilization advance of 15% of the total Quotation Estimate value shall be payable within 10 business days of contract signature.

4.2 – Monthly progress payments of 7% shall be issued on the 5th of each month, contingent upon verified Teacher Secondary attendance and performance records.

4.3 – The remaining 10% balance shall be settled within 30 days following the completion of the final academic term and submission of the end-of-year performance report.

4.4 – All payments shall be made in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) via bank transfer to the designated account of Alexandria Educational Services & Consulting Co. at National Bank of Egypt, Alexandria Main Branch.

5.1 – This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period requires written reconfirmation of all stated rates.

5.2 – All Teacher Secondary personnel engaged under this contract must hold a minimum Bachelor's degree in their respective subject from an accredited Egyptian university and possess a valid teaching license issued by the Ministry of Education.

5.3 – The service location is strictly limited to secondary schools within the administrative boundaries of Egypt Alexandria. Any relocation to other governorates shall be subject to a separate amendment and additional cost assessment.

5.4 – Alexandria Educational Services & Consulting Co. reserves the right to substitute any Teacher Secondary individual with a qualified equivalent of equal or higher standing, provided 14 days' written notice is given to the client.

5.5 – Force majeure events, including but not limited to government-mandated school closures, shall suspend payment obligations proportionally without penalty to either party.

5.6 – All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate and the subsequent contract shall be resolved through the competent courts of Alexandria, Egypt Alexandria jurisdiction.
