1. Scope of Services

This Quotation Estimate is issued by Atlas Education Services SARL to provide a comprehensive and itemised cost breakdown for the recruitment, placement, and onboarding of a qualified Teacher Secondary professional for the academic year 2025/2026. The services described herein are specifically tailored to the educational standards, curricular requirements, and regulatory framework governing secondary education in Morocco Casablanca. Our team will identify, vet, and place a certified secondary-level educator who meets the pedagogical qualifications mandated by the Moroccan Ministry of National Education, Higher Education, Scientific Research, and Innovation.

The Teacher Secondary candidate will be responsible for delivering instruction in the disciplines of Mathematics, Physics, and General Sciences for students in the Tronc Commun, 1^ère Année, and 2^ème Année Baccalauréat levels. The placement will be conducted in full compliance with the labour laws of the Kingdom of Morocco, the collective agreements applicable to the private education sector in the Casablanca-Settat region, and the specific accreditation requirements of the Collège International Al Amal.

3. Payment Terms

Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows: 40% (28,320.00 MAD TTC) due upon signature of the service agreement; 35% (24,780.00 MAD TTC) due upon successful placement and first-day attendance of the Teacher Secondary; and the remaining 25% (17,700.00 MAD TTC) due at the conclusion of the first academic semester. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Atlas Education Services SARL at Bank of Africa, Casablanca branch. Invoices will be issued in accordance with Moroccan fiscal regulations.

4. Terms and Conditions

This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing and availability may be subject to revision.
All services related to the Teacher Secondary placement are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco, particularly the Labour Code (Code du Travail) and the regulations applicable to private educational establishments in the Casablanca-Settat region.
Atlas Education Services SARL guarantees a minimum of three (3) qualified Teacher Secondary candidates for the client's review and selection. Should the client reject all candidates, the recruitment fee (Item 01) remains payable, while all other items are refunded.
The Teacher Secondary shall be engaged under a fixed-term contract (CDD) of one (1) academic year, renewable by mutual agreement. Our legal advisory service (Item 08) covers the drafting and renewal of this contract.
All data collected during the recruitment process in Morocco Casablanca shall be handled in strict compliance with Law 09-08 on the protection of personal data.
Any dispute arising from the execution of this Quotation Estimate shall be submitted to the competent courts of Casablanca, Morocco.
The client acknowledges that the Teacher Secondary will be subject to the internal regulations and pedagogical directives of Collège International Al Amal once the placement is finalised.
Force majeure events, including but not limited to government-mandated school closures in Morocco Casablanca, shall suspend service delivery obligations without penalty to either party.

5. Acceptance

By signing below, the client accepts this Quotation Estimate in its entirety and authorises Atlas Education Services SARL to commence the recruitment and placement process for the Teacher Secondary position as described herein. This acceptance constitutes a binding service agreement between both parties for the academic year 2025/2026 in Morocco Casablanca.
