This Quotation Estimate is issued in response to the formal request submitted by Al Noor Private Secondary School for the recruitment, onboarding, and annual employment of a qualified Teacher Secondary to deliver instruction in the subject of Mathematics at the secondary level (Grades 10–12). All services described herein are to be performed within the jurisdiction of Saudi Arabia Riyadh, in full compliance with the regulations set forth by the Saudi Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD) and the Saudi Ministry of Education (MOE). This Quotation Estimate constitutes a binding financial proposal for the duration of the stated validity period and covers all costs associated with the recruitment, visa processing, housing, and annual compensation of the Teacher Secondary candidate.

The Teacher Secondary engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall be responsible for the following duties at the school campus located in Saudi Arabia Riyadh:

  • Delivery of Mathematics instruction to secondary-level students (Grades 10, 11, and 12) in accordance with the Saudi national curriculum and MOE-approved textbooks.
  • Preparation of lesson plans, assessments, mid-term examinations, and end-of-year evaluations.
  • Participation in departmental meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development workshops organized by the school administration in Saudi Arabia Riyadh.
  • Mentoring and supervising student academic progress, including after-school tutoring sessions as required.
  • Maintaining accurate student records and submitting periodic performance reports to the Head of Department.
  • Compliance with all Saudi labor laws, school policies, and cultural norms applicable in Saudi Arabia Riyadh.

The Teacher Secondary candidate proposed under this Quotation Estimate must meet the following minimum criteria:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or a closely related field from an accredited university (minimum 4-year program).
  • Valid teaching license or equivalent certification recognized by the Saudi MOE.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of post-qualification teaching experience at the secondary level.
  • Proficiency in English; Arabic language proficiency (ILR Level 3 or equivalent) is strongly preferred for instruction in Saudi Arabia Riyadh.
  • Clean criminal background check and medical fitness certificate as mandated by Saudi immigration authorities.

Payment against this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows:

  1. 30% advance payment (SAR 71,035.50) due upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, to initiate the recruitment and visa process for the Teacher Secondary candidate.
  2. 40% milestone payment (SAR 94,714.00) due upon the candidate's arrival in Saudi Arabia Riyadh and completion of Iqama registration.
  3. 30% final payment (SAR 71,035.50) due within 15 business days of the candidate's first day of instruction at the school.

All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account specified on the official invoice. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 2% per month as per Saudi commercial law.

  1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates are subject to revision due to currency fluctuation, visa fee changes, or market adjustments in Saudi Arabia Riyadh.
  2. The Teacher Secondary shall be employed under a fixed-term contract of one (1) academic year (September 2025 – June 2026), renewable by mutual written agreement.
  3. All recruitment and visa procedures shall be conducted in strict accordance with the regulations of the Saudi Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development and the General Directorate of Passports (Jawazat) in Saudi Arabia Riyadh.
  4. The school (client) assumes full responsibility for the day-to-day supervision, performance evaluation, and disciplinary matters of the Teacher Secondary once onboarding is complete.
  5. In the event of early termination by the client without cause, a cancellation fee of 50% of the remaining contract value shall apply to this Quotation Estimate.
  6. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, failing which they shall be referred to the competent courts in Saudi Arabia Riyadh.
  7. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a guarantee of placement. The final candidate is subject to the client's interview and approval process.
  8. All personal data collected during the recruitment of the Teacher Secondary candidate shall be handled in compliance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
