This Quotation Estimate is formally issued by Nile Delta Telecommunications Solutions S.A.E. in response to the written request received from Horizon Business Park Development Co. for the provision of a qualified Telecommunication Engineer to oversee, design, install, and commission the complete telecommunication infrastructure for the newly constructed Horizon Business Park located in the New Cairo district of Egypt Cairo. This document serves as a comprehensive and binding cost estimate for all professional engineering services, materials, equipment, and on-site supervision required to deliver a fully operational telecommunication network compliant with the Egyptian National Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (NTRA) standards and international best practices.

The Telecommunication Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall be responsible for the following deliverables at the project site in Egypt Cairo:

Site Survey and Feasibility Assessment: Conduct a thorough on-site survey of the Horizon Business Park premises in New Cairo, Egypt Cairo, to evaluate existing infrastructure, identify optimal routing paths for fiber optic and copper cabling, and produce a detailed feasibility report within seven (7) working days of contract commencement.
Network Design and Engineering: Develop comprehensive telecommunication network design documentation, including structured cabling layouts, data center rack configurations, wireless access point placement plans, and IP addressing schemes, all tailored to the specific architectural plans of the facility in Egypt Cairo.
Structured Cabling Installation Supervision: Provide full-time on-site supervision of the installation of Category 6A copper cabling, single-mode and multi-mode fiber optic backbone cabling, and associated patch panels, keystone jacks, and termination hardware throughout all twelve (12) floors of the business park.
Data Center and Server Room Commissioning: Oversee the installation and commissioning of the central data center, including rack mounting, power distribution units (PDUs), environmental monitoring systems, and network core switching equipment.
Wireless Network Deployment: Design and supervise the deployment of a high-density enterprise Wi-Fi 6E wireless network covering all office floors, conference rooms, parking areas, and outdoor common spaces within the Egypt Cairo site.
Testing, Certification, and Handover: Perform full network testing using certified OTDR, cable analyzers, and wireless spectrum tools. Issue a complete certification report and conduct a formal handover training session for the client's in-house IT staff in Egypt Cairo.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all installations comply with NTRA regulations, Egyptian Civil Defense fire safety codes, and IEC/ISO international standards applicable to telecommunication infrastructure in Egypt Cairo.

Note: The above Quotation Estimate is based on current market rates in Egypt Cairo as of June 2025. Should the scope of work be expanded or the project timeline extended beyond the estimated 135 working days, a supplementary Quotation Estimate will be issued by the Telecommunication Engineer team prior to any additional work commencing. All prices are exclusive of third-party equipment procurement unless explicitly stated.

4.1 Payment Schedule: Payment shall be made in three (3) installments: 30% upon signing of the service agreement, 40% upon completion of the structured cabling installation phase, and 30% upon final certification and handover in Egypt Cairo. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Nile Delta Telecommunications Solutions S.A.E. at CIB, Cairo Branch.

4.2 Project Duration: The total estimated duration for the Telecommunication Engineer engagement is one hundred thirty-five (135) working days from the date of the Notice to Proceed, subject to site readiness and client approvals.

4.3 Client Obligations: The client shall provide the Telecommunication Engineer with unrestricted access to all floors and mechanical rooms of the Horizon Business Park in Egypt Cairo, ensure all civil and electrical works are completed prior to cabling commencement, and appoint a dedicated site liaison officer.

4.4 Warranty: A twelve (12) month warranty on all engineering supervision and commissioning services is included. Any defects attributable to the Telecommunication Engineer's oversight shall be rectified at no additional cost within fourteen (14) days of written notification.

4.5 Confidentiality: All design documents, network schematics, and IP configurations produced under this Quotation Estimate shall remain the exclusive property of the client and shall not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.

4.6 Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts in Egypt Cairo.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, scope, and pricing outlined herein for the engagement of the Telecommunication Engineer at the specified project location in Egypt Cairo.
