This Quotation Estimate is prepared by Himalayan Telecom Solutions Pvt. Ltd. to provide comprehensive Telecommunication Engineer professional services for the design, installation, testing, and maintenance of telecommunications infrastructure within the Nepal Kathmandu metropolitan region. The scope encompasses fiber optic network deployment, 4G/5G base station installation, microwave link configuration, structured cabling, and ongoing technical support for enterprise and government clients operating in the Kathmandu Valley.

Our team of certified Telecommunication Engineer professionals holds relevant qualifications from Tribhuvan University, Kathmandu University, and international certifications including CCNA, CCNP, and Huawei HCIA/HCIP. All work will be conducted in strict compliance with the Nepal Telecommunications Authority (NTA) regulations and the local building codes applicable in Nepal Kathmandu.

  1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any request for revision after this period will be subject to re-evaluation of material and labor costs in the Nepal Kathmandu market.
  2. All Telecommunication Engineer personnel assigned to this project will hold valid professional licenses issued by the Nepal Engineering Council and appropriate NTA operating permits.
  3. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Himalayan Telecom Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Nabil Bank, Baneshwor Branch, Kathmandu, Nepal. A 50% advance payment is required to mobilize the project team.
  4. The project timeline is contingent upon timely issuance of NTA permits, local municipality clearances in Nepal Kathmandu, and availability of client-accessible sites. Delays caused by force majeure (including monsoon-related disruptions common in the Kathmandu Valley) will extend the schedule proportionally.
  5. All equipment and materials will be sourced from authorized distributors in Nepal. International brand warranties (minimum 2 years) will be transferred to the client upon project handover.
  6. The Telecommunication Engineer team will adhere to all occupational health and safety standards as mandated by the Department of Occupational Safety and Health, Government of Nepal. Working at heights, electrical safety, and fiber optic handling protocols will be strictly enforced.
  7. Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate and the subsequent contract shall be resolved through arbitration in Kathmandu, Nepal, in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 2055 (1998) of Nepal.
  8. Confidentiality: All network designs, frequency allocations, and client data shared during the engagement will be treated as strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.
Note: This Quotation Estimate is a non-binding document and does not constitute a final contract. A formal Service Agreement will be executed upon mutual acceptance of the terms outlined herein. All prices are quoted in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) and are inclusive of all applicable local taxes in Nepal Kathmandu unless otherwise stated. The Telecommunication Engineer services described are subject to final site verification and regulatory clearance by the Nepal Telecommunications Authority.
