This Quotation Estimate is issued by Pacific Linguistic Solutions Pty Ltd in response to the formal request from Meridian Construction Group Pty Ltd for professional Translator Interpreter services to be delivered on-site and remotely within the Australia Brisbane metropolitan area. The engagement covers a twelve-week period commencing 1 July 2025 and concluding 26 September 2025, during which the Translator Interpreter will facilitate all multilingual communication between the project management team, subcontractors, local government authorities, and community stakeholders involved in the Brisbane Riverfront Development project.

The Translator Interpreter will provide both consecutive and simultaneous interpretation services in Mandarin Chinese, Vietnamese, and Arabic, as well as written translation of all project documentation, safety briefings, contractual correspondence, and regulatory submissions. All services will be conducted in strict compliance with the Australian Standards for Interpreting Services (AS 4576) and the National Accreditation Authority for Translators and Interpreters (NAATI) certification requirements applicable in Australia Brisbane and the broader Queensland jurisdiction.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Should the client wish to proceed beyond this period, a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting current market rates for Translator Interpreter services in Australia Brisbane will be issued.
2. All Translator Interpreter personnel engaged under this Quotation Estimate hold current NAATI certification (Credentialed Community Language or above) and are fully insured under Pacific Linguistic Solutions Pty Ltd professional indemnity and public liability policies.
3. Payment terms: 50% deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 50% balance payable within fourteen (14) days of project completion or upon the final invoice, whichever occurs first.
4. The Translator Interpreter will adhere to strict confidentiality obligations as outlined in the separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to be executed prior to the commencement of services in Australia Brisbane.
5. Any additional hours, languages, or services beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate will be billed at the standard rates listed above and require prior written authorisation from the client's Project Director.
6. Cancellation by the client with less than forty-eight (48) hours' notice will incur a 50% fee on the scheduled Translator Interpreter session. Cancellation with less than twelve (12) hours' notice will incur a 100% fee.
7. All services will be performed in accordance with the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth) and the Queensland Industrial Relations Act 2016, applicable to all engagements within Australia Brisbane.
8. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties.
9. Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent engagement of the Translator Interpreter will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia Brisbane.
