The Translator Interpreter services described herein encompass both written translation and real-time oral interpretation in Mandarin Chinese (Simplified) and English, tailored to the commercial, legal, and technical contexts prevalent in the China Guangzhou business environment. All rates quoted reflect the current market standards for professional language services in the Greater Guangzhou metropolitan area and are subject to the terms and conditions detailed in Section 6 of this Quotation Estimate.

The Translator Interpreter assigned to this engagement will be a native Mandarin Chinese speaker with a minimum of eight years of professional experience in commercial interpretation within the China Guangzhou region. The linguist will hold a certified qualification from the China Foreign Exchange Standardization Institute (CATTI) at Level 1 or equivalent, and will possess specialized knowledge in international trade law, manufacturing terminology, and cross-cultural business communication.

Services to be delivered in China Guangzhou include, but are not limited to:

• Consecutive and simultaneous oral interpretation during bilateral and multilateral business meetings.
• Written translation of commercial contracts, purchase orders, technical specifications, and regulatory documents (up to 15,000 words total).
• On-site interpretation support during factory audits and quality-control inspections at manufacturing facilities in the Guangzhou and Foshan industrial zones.
• Interpretation assistance at the Canton Fair (China Import and Export Fair) exhibition halls, including booth-based interpretation for a period of three (3) consecutive days.

* All rates are exclusive of 6% Value Added Tax (VAT) applicable in China. The final Quotation Estimate total will be adjusted accordingly upon invoicing.

The Translator Interpreter will be deployed on-site in China Guangzhou commencing 3 August 2025 through 22 August 2025, covering a total of eighteen (18) working days. The linguist will be based at the client's designated office in the Tianhe District and will travel to factory sites in the Panyu and Nansha districts as required. A detailed day-by-day schedule will be appended to the final service agreement upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate.

Payment for the Translator Interpreter services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made as follows:

• 40% advance payment (CNY 34,080) due within five (5) business days of written acceptance of this quotation.
• 50% interim payment (CNY 42,600) due upon completion of the Canton Fair interpretation phase (end of Week 2).
• 10% final balance (CNY 8,520) due within ten (10) business days of project completion and submission of the final written translation deliverables.

All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of LinguaBridge Professional Language Services, Bank of China, Guangzhou Branch. Wire transfer fees incurred by the client are the client's responsibility.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be revised to reflect current market conditions in China Guangzhou.
2. The Translator Interpreter is engaged as an independent contractor and is not an employee of the client. All professional liability insurance is maintained by LinguaBridge Professional Language Services.
3. Confidentiality: The Translator Interpreter shall sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to commencing any work in China Guangzhou. All documents and verbal communications handled during the engagement are subject to strict confidentiality obligations.
4. Any additional hours, extended sessions, or scope changes beyond those specified in this Quotation Estimate will be billed at the applicable hourly rate and require prior written approval from the client.
5. Cancellation by the client more than fourteen (14) days before the start date incurs no penalty. Cancellation within fourteen (14) days incurs a 50% fee on the total estimated cost. Cancellation within seven (7) days incurs a 100% fee.
6. Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or public health emergencies affecting China Guangzhou, shall suspend obligations under this agreement without penalty to either party.
7. Governing law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting service agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration at the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) in Guangzhou.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and authorizes LinguaBridge Professional Language Services to proceed with the engagement of the Translator Interpreter for the services described herein, to be delivered in China Guangzhou in accordance with the terms set forth in this document.
