The Translator Interpreter assigned to this project will hold a minimum of eight years of professional experience in simultaneous and consecutive interpretation across the English, Kazakh, and Russian language pairs. The interpreter will be a certified member of the Kazakhstan National Association of Translators and Interpreters (KNATI) and will possess a valid professional license issued by the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovations and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan. All interpretation services will be conducted on-site in Kazakhstan Almaty, ensuring full compliance with local regulatory requirements and industry standards.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any request for services beyond this period will require a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting current market rates for Translator Interpreter services in Kazakhstan Almaty.
Payment terms: 50% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; the remaining 50% shall be settled within fourteen (14) business days following the successful completion of all interpretation services in Kazakhstan Almaty.
All payments shall be made in US Dollars (USD) via international wire transfer to the bank account of Almaty Linguistic Solutions LLP, or in Kazakhstani Tenge (KZT) at the National Bank of Kazakhstan's official exchange rate on the date of invoicing.
The Translator Interpreter assigned to this project is bound by a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) covering all client materials, meeting content, and proprietary information encountered during the engagement in Kazakhstan Almaty.
Client is responsible for providing the Translator Interpreter with all relevant documents, technical terminology lists, and briefing materials no fewer than five (5) business days prior to the start of the event.
Any additional hours, language pairs, or on-site modifications requested by the client beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate will be billed at the standard hourly rates published by Almaty Linguistic Solutions LLP and confirmed in writing prior to commencement.
In the event of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or public health emergencies affecting the city of Almaty, Kazakhstan, either party may suspend or terminate the engagement without penalty upon written notice.
This Quotation Estimate is governed by the civil and commercial laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration at the International Arbitration Centre under the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Kazakhstan, seated in Almaty.
Almaty Linguistic Solutions LLP reserves the right to substitute the assigned Translator Interpreter with a professional of equal or superior qualification should the originally designated interpreter become unavailable due to illness or emergency, provided the client is notified at least 48 hours in advance.

By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts all terms, conditions, and pricing outlined in this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of a Translator Interpreter to deliver professional language services in Kazakhstan Almaty. This document, once countersigned by both parties, constitutes a binding service agreement.
