This Quotation Estimate is issued by Bay Area Language Solutions LLC in response to the formal request submitted by Pacific Rim Technology Group, Inc. for professional Translator Interpreter services to be delivered within the United States San Francisco metropolitan area. The Translator Interpreter engagement described herein encompasses both written translation and live oral interpretation support for a series of international business meetings, product launch events, and regulatory compliance consultations scheduled between July 1, 2025, and September 30, 2025.

The Translator Interpreter team assigned to this project will operate primarily from the client's offices located in the SoMa district of San Francisco, with additional on-site coverage at the Moscone Center for the product launch event on August 14, 2025. All Translator Interpreter personnel are certified by the American Translators Association (ATA) and hold valid professional credentials recognized across the United States.

All Translator Interpreter professionals engaged under this Quotation Estimate will meet or exceed the following standards: minimum five (5) years of professional experience in the relevant language pair, ATA certification or equivalent national credential, demonstrated proficiency in the specific subject-matter terminology (technology, pharmaceutical regulation, and corporate legal), and a clean professional background check. The Translator Interpreter team will be briefed on client confidentiality requirements prior to the commencement of any work. All deliverables will be subject to a two-stage quality assurance process, including peer review by a senior Translator Interpreter not directly involved in the primary assignment.

4.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance. After the expiration date, rates and availability of the Translator Interpreter team are subject to revision.
4.2 Payment terms: 40% deposit due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 60% balance due within fifteen (15) business days of project completion. Late payments will incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge.
4.3 All Translator Interpreter services will be performed in accordance with the American Translators Association Code of Ethics and the client's non-disclosure agreement.
4.4 Cancellation policy: Cancellations made more than fourteen (14) days before the scheduled service date will incur a 25% fee. Cancellations within fourteen (14) days will incur a 50% fee. Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 100% fee.
4.5 This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal Service Agreement. The terms herein are for estimation purposes only.
4.6 All services will be rendered in the United States San Francisco area unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any travel outside the San Francisco Bay Area will be quoted separately.
4.7 The client agrees to provide all source materials, technical references, and contextual documentation no fewer than five (5) business days prior to the scheduled Translator Interpreter engagement to ensure adequate preparation time.
4.8 Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting services shall be resolved through mediation in San Francisco, California, under the laws of the State of California.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Translator Interpreter services in United States San Francisco and authorizes Bay Area Language Solutions LLC to proceed with the engagement as described herein, subject to the terms and conditions outlined above.
