This Quotation Estimate document is issued by Senegal Academic Partners Ltd. in response to the formal request for proposal received from the Université Cheikh Anta Diop de Dakar. The purpose of this document is to provide a comprehensive, itemized financial estimate for the recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing professional support of a qualified University Lecturer to be appointed within the Faculty of Sciences in Senegal Dakar. All figures presented herein are expressed in West African CFA Francs (XOF) unless otherwise stated, and are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in Section 7 of this Quotation Estimate.
The services encompassed by this Quotation Estimate for the University Lecturer position in Senegal Dakar include the following deliverables:
- End-to-end recruitment and vetting of a postdoctoral-qualified University Lecturer with a minimum of five (5) years of teaching experience in applied mathematics, statistics, or data science.
- Administrative processing of all immigration, work permit, and residency documentation required for the University Lecturer to legally reside and work in Senegal Dakar.
- Provision of a furnished temporary residence (one-bedroom apartment) in the Almadies or Ngor district of Dakar for the first ninety (90) days of the University Lecturer's arrival.

The total amount specified in this Quotation Estimate shall be disbursed according to the following milestone-based schedule:
- 30% (XOF 12,853,500): Due upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and commencement of the University Lecturer recruitment process.
- 40% (XOF 17,138,000): Due upon confirmed arrival of the University Lecturer in Senegal Dakar and completion of all residency documentation.
- 20% (XOF 8,569,000): Due at the midpoint of the first academic year (February 2026).
- 10% (XOF 4,284,500): Due at the conclusion of the second academic year (August 2027), subject to satisfactory completion of all contractual obligations.
Note: This Quotation Estimate assumes that the University Lecturer candidate will hold a valid passport and that no extraordinary immigration restrictions are in effect in Senegal Dakar at the time of processing. The estimate excludes the University Lecturer's base salary, which is to be negotiated separately between the institution and the appointee in accordance with the Senegalese public-sector academic pay scale. All costs related to the University Lecturer's personal academic publications, conference travel beyond the annual airfare, and private legal counsel are excluded from this Quotation Estimate.
This Quotation Estimate remains valid for a period of sixty (60) calendar days from the date of issue, i.e., until 14 August 2025. Acceptance of this Quotation Estimate shall be effected by the authorized signatory of the Université Cheikh Anta Diop de Dakar affixing their signature and institutional seal in the space provided below. Upon acceptance, this document shall constitute a binding agreement between the parties for the recruitment and support of the University Lecturer in Senegal Dakar as described herein.
- This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the Republic of Senegal and shall be interpreted in accordance with the Senegalese Civil Code and applicable labor regulations pertaining to academic employment in Dakar.
- Any modification to the scope of services, the University Lecturer's contractual responsibilities, or the financial terms of this Quotation Estimate must be documented in a written addendum signed by both parties.
- Senegal Academic Partners Ltd. reserves the right to substitute the proposed University Lecturer candidate with an equivalently qualified individual, provided that the replacement meets or exceeds the minimum qualifications specified in Section 2 and is approved in writing by the institution.
- In the event of force majeure (including but not limited to political instability, natural disaster, or public health emergency affecting Senegal Dakar), either party may suspend obligations under this Quotation Estimate without penalty, with a maximum suspension period of ninety (90) days.
- All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in Dakar, Senegal, before escalation to the competent courts of the Republic of Senegal.
- Confidentiality: All personal data of the University Lecturer candidate shall be handled in strict compliance with Senegalese data protection legislation and the principles of the African Union Convention on Cyber Security and Personal Data Protection.
