This Quotation Estimate is issued by DesignBridge International Co., Ltd. to formally outline the scope, deliverables, timeline, and associated costs for the engagement of a senior UX UI Designer to support the client's digital product redesign initiative. All services described herein will be delivered and managed from our operational base in China Guangzhou, leveraging the region's robust digital ecosystem, competitive talent pool, and strategic geographic positioning within the Pearl River Delta economic corridor. This Quotation Estimate serves as a binding financial reference once accepted by the client and does not constitute a final invoice.

The UX UI Designer assigned to this project will be responsible for the end-to-end design of the client's mobile application and companion web platform. The scope encompasses the following phases, all executed under the direct supervision of the designated UX UI Designer based in China Guangzhou:

• Discovery & Research (Weeks 1–3): Conduct user interviews, competitive audits, and heuristic evaluations specific to the Chinese digital market. The UX UI Designer will produce a comprehensive research report including user personas, journey maps, and a prioritized problem statement tailored to the China Guangzhou user demographic.
• Information Architecture & Wireframing (Weeks 4–6): Develop sitemap structures, low-fidelity wireframes, and interactive prototypes. The UX UI Designer will facilitate two stakeholder review sessions with the client team in China Guangzhou to validate navigation flows and content hierarchy.
• Visual Design & UI System (Weeks 7–10): Create high-fidelity mockups, a complete design system including component library, typography scale, color palette, and iconography. The UX UI Designer will ensure all visual assets comply with the client's brand guidelines while incorporating culturally appropriate design patterns prevalent in the China Guangzhou market.
• Prototyping & Usability Testing (Weeks 11–13): Build interactive, clickable prototypes in Figma and conduct moderated usability testing sessions with a minimum of twelve participants recruited locally in China Guangzhou. The UX UI Designer will compile findings into an iterative improvement plan.
• Developer Handoff & QA Support (Weeks 14–16): Prepare annotated design specifications, asset exports, and a living style guide. The UX UI Designer will remain available for design QA reviews during the development sprint and address up to three rounds of revision requests.

This Quotation Estimate stipulates the following milestone-based payment structure. All payments are due within fourteen (14) business days of invoice issuance and must be remitted to the DesignBridge International Co., Ltd. bank account registered in China Guangzhou:

• Milestone 2 (25%): Upon approval of wireframes and IA – ¥167,083
• Milestone 3 (25%): Upon delivery of high-fidelity UI designs – ¥167,083
• Milestone 4 (20%): Upon final handoff and project closure – ¥133,665

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, pricing and availability of the UX UI Designer may be subject to revision.
2. All intellectual property rights to final deliverables transfer to the client upon full payment. Interim work products remain the property of DesignBridge International Co., Ltd. until the final milestone is settled.
3. The UX UI Designer will work a standard schedule of Monday through Friday, 09:00–18:00 China Standard Time (CST, UTC+8), aligned with the China Guangzhou business calendar. Overtime or weekend work requires prior written approval and is billed at 1.5× the daily rate.
4. The client is responsible for providing timely feedback (within five business days of each deliverable) to avoid schedule slippage. Delays exceeding ten business days will result in a proportional extension of the project timeline at no additional cost to the client, but the UX UI Designer's availability is not guaranteed beyond the original end date.
5. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) governing all project materials, user data, and business information exchanged during the engagement in China Guangzhou.
6. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to government-mandated closures, natural disasters, or public health directives issued by the China Guangzhou municipal authorities.
7. Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, in accordance with the rules of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC).
