The purpose of this document is to outline the scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and associated fees for the design services to be rendered. All pricing in this Quotation Estimate is quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and is subject to the terms and conditions stated herein. This Quotation Estimate reflects current market rates for UX UI Designer services in the Malaysia Kuala Lumpur metropolitan area as of the date of issue.

The following scope defines the professional services to be delivered by our senior UX UI Designer team based in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur. The engagement covers the full design lifecycle for a mid-complexity digital product (web application and companion mobile interface):

• User Research & Discovery: Conducting stakeholder interviews, user persona development, competitive analysis, and journey mapping aligned with the Malaysian digital market context.
• Information Architecture & Wireframing: Developing site maps, user flows, and low-fidelity wireframes for all core screens and user touchpoints.
• High-Fidelity UI Design: Creating pixel-perfect visual designs, interactive prototypes, and a comprehensive design system including component library, typography, colour palette, and iconography.
• Usability Testing & Iteration: Facilitating moderated and unmoderated usability sessions with local participants in the Malaysia Kuala Lumpur area, followed by two rounds of design refinement.
• Developer Handoff & Support: Preparing annotated design specifications, asset exports, and providing a two-week post-delivery support window for developer queries.

The total estimated duration for this UX UI Designer engagement is 15 weeks from the date of contract execution. The project is scheduled to commence in August 2025 and conclude by November 2025, subject to client approval at each milestone gate. All work will be conducted primarily from our studio in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur, with optional on-site meetings at the client's premises within the Klang Valley area.

• 30% Advance Payment (RM 52,228.80) – Due upon signing of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the Service Agreement.
• 40% Milestone Payment (RM 69,638.40) – Due upon approval of High-Fidelity UI Design deliverables (Week 9).
• 30% Final Payment (RM 52,228.80) – Due upon final handoff and completion of the support window (Week 15).

All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of PixelCraft Digital Studio Sdn. Bhd. Invoices will be issued in accordance with the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (LHDN) guidelines. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 2% per month on the outstanding balance.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be revised to reflect current market conditions for UX UI Designer services in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur.
2. All intellectual property rights to the final design deliverables shall transfer to the client upon full and final payment. Source files (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) will be delivered in editable format.
3. The UX UI Designer team shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client data, proprietary information, and project details in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia.
4. Any changes to the scope of work beyond the agreed deliverables will be subject to a separate change-order Quotation Estimate and mutual written approval.
5. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and returned the acceptance section below.
6. Governing law: The laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur before escalation to the courts.
7. Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government directives, or public health emergencies affecting the Malaysia Kuala Lumpur region, shall extend timelines proportionally without penalty to either party.
