This Quotation Estimate is issued by PixelCraft Digital Studio to formally outline the scope, deliverables, timeline, and associated costs for the engagement of a senior UX UI Designer based in Russia Moscow. This document serves as a binding financial proposal for the client to review, approve, and authorize the commencement of design services. All pricing is presented in Russian Rubles (RUB) and reflects current market rates for professional UX UI Designer services in the Moscow metropolitan area as of June 2025.

The following services will be delivered by our dedicated UX UI Designer team operating out of our Moscow, Russia office. The engagement covers the full design lifecycle for a mid-complexity digital product (web application with companion mobile interface):

• Discovery & Research: Stakeholder interviews, user persona development, competitive analysis, and heuristic evaluation of the existing product. The UX UI Designer will conduct a minimum of 8 user interviews and 3 stakeholder workshops in Moscow.
• Information Architecture & Wireframing: Creation of site maps, user flow diagrams, and low-fidelity wireframes for all primary and secondary screens (estimated 45–60 screens).
• High-Fidelity UI Design: Pixel-perfect visual design of all interfaces, including a complete design system with component library, typography scale, color palette, and iconography tailored to the client brand.
• Interactive Prototyping: Development of clickable, high-fidelity prototypes in Figma for usability testing and stakeholder review.
• Usability Testing & Iteration: Two rounds of moderated usability testing with 6–8 participants per round, followed by design refinements.
• Developer Handoff: Annotated design specifications, asset export, and a 2-hour handoff session with the client's development team.

The total estimated duration for this UX UI Designer engagement is 63 business days (approximately 13 weeks), commencing from the date of contract signature. The project will be executed in Moscow, Russia, with all in-person workshops, user testing sessions, and stakeholder meetings conducted at our office on Tverskaya Street or at the client's designated location within Moscow. Remote collaboration via video conferencing is available for out-of-town stakeholders.

• Advance Payment: 30% of the total Quotation Estimate amount (377,460 RUB) due upon contract signing.
• Milestone Payment 1: 25% (314,550 RUB) due upon delivery of wireframes and approval of information architecture.
• Milestone Payment 2: 25% (314,550 RUB) due upon delivery of high-fidelity UI designs and design system.
• Final Payment: 20% (251,640 RUB) due upon completion of developer handoff and final acceptance.

All payments shall be made in Russian Rubles (RUB) via bank transfer to the account of PixelCraft Digital Studio, Moscow, Russia. Invoices will be issued in accordance with Russian Federal Tax Service requirements.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Russia Moscow.
2. All intellectual property rights to the final deliverables (design files, design system, prototypes) shall transfer to the client upon full payment. Source files in Figma will be provided in editable format.
3. The UX UI Designer team reserves the right to request up to two (2) rounds of revisions per milestone. Additional revision cycles will be billed at the applicable daily rate.
4. Any scope changes exceeding 10% of the originally defined deliverables will require a supplementary Quotation Estimate and written client approval before work proceeds.
5. This engagement is governed by the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Moscow, Russia.
6. Confidentiality: All project materials, user data, and business information shared during this engagement are subject to a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to be executed prior to project kickoff.
7. Force majeure events, including but not limited to government-mandated closures in Moscow, Russia, will pause the project timeline without penalty to either party.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for UX UI Designer services in Russia Moscow and authorizes PixelCraft Digital Studio to proceed with the project as described herein.
