This Quotation Estimate is formally issued by NexaDigital Solutions LLC to Al-Riyadh Digital Commerce Group JSC for the engagement of a senior UX UI Designer to deliver end-to-end user experience and user interface design services. The scope of work has been tailored specifically to meet the digital transformation objectives of our client operating within the competitive e-commerce and fintech landscape of Saudi Arabia Riyadh. All pricing, deliverables, and timelines outlined in this document reflect current market rates for qualified UX UI Designer professionals in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with particular attention to the regulatory and cultural requirements of the Riyadh metropolitan area.
The engaged UX UI Designer will be responsible for the following deliverables and activities throughout the project lifecycle:
- User Research & Discovery: Conducting in-depth user interviews, usability audits, and competitive analysis with end-users based in Saudi Arabia Riyadh and across the Kingdom. This includes Arabic (RTL) and English bilingual research sessions.
- Information Architecture & Wireframing: Developing comprehensive sitemaps, user flows, and low-fidelity wireframes for the client's web platform and mobile application (iOS and Android).
- High-Fidelity UI Design: Producing pixel-perfect, brand-aligned interface designs in Figma and Adobe XD, incorporating Saudi Arabian design sensibilities, local typography standards, and accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1 AA).
- Interactive Prototyping: Building clickable, high-fidelity prototypes for stakeholder review and user testing sessions to be conducted in our Saudi Arabia Riyadh design lab.
- Design System & Component Library: Establishing a scalable, documented design system with reusable components, style tokens, and usage guidelines to ensure long-term consistency.
- Developer Handoff & QA: Providing annotated design specifications, asset exports, and conducting design QA reviews during the development phase to ensure faithful implementation.
- Post-Launch Iteration: Offering a 60-day post-launch support window for design refinements based on real user analytics and feedback gathered from the Saudi Arabia Riyadh market.

The total estimated duration for this UX UI Designer engagement is approximately 31 weeks (roughly 7.5 months), commencing upon receipt of the signed purchase order and initial mobilization payment. All on-site activities, including user research sessions and design reviews, will be conducted at the client's premises in the Al Malaz District, Saudi Arabia Riyadh, or at our dedicated design studio on King Fahd Road. Remote collaboration will be facilitated through secure, encrypted channels compliant with Saudi data protection regulations.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Saudi Arabia Riyadh.
- Payment terms: 30% advance mobilization upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of the High-Fidelity UI Design phase, and 30% upon final delivery and acceptance. All payments are due within 14 business days of invoice issuance.
- All intellectual property rights for the final UX UI Designer deliverables shall transfer to the client upon full and final payment. NexaDigital Solutions LLC retains the right to display the work in its portfolio with prior written consent.
- The UX UI Designer assigned to this project will be a senior professional with a minimum of eight (8) years of experience in digital product design, with demonstrated expertise in Arabic RTL design systems and Saudi Arabian market conventions.
- Any scope changes or additional deliverables beyond the items listed in Section 3 will be subject to a separate change-order Quotation Estimate and mutual written approval before work commences.
- This engagement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Saudi Arabia Riyadh in accordance with the rules of the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA).
- Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of all proprietary information, user data, and business strategies shared during the course of this project, in compliance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
- The UX UI Designer will adhere to all applicable Saudi Arabian labor laws, work-hour regulations, and cultural protocols while operating within the Saudi Arabia Riyadh office environment.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to the terms, scope, and pricing outlined in this Quotation Estimate for the UX UI Designer services to be delivered in Saudi Arabia Riyadh.
