The scope described herein is specific to the project parameters discussed during our initial consultation in Dar es Salaam, and any changes to the agreed scope will be addressed through a formal change-order process.

Our UX UI Designer will deliver the following services as part of this engagement in Tanzania Dar es Salaam:

• User Research & Discovery: Conducting stakeholder interviews, user persona development, and competitive analysis specific to the Tanzanian and East African digital market. This phase includes on-site user testing sessions in Dar es Salaam to capture authentic user behavior and cultural context.
• Information Architecture & Wireframing: Designing logical content structures, user flows, and low-fidelity wireframes that map the complete user journey from first interaction to task completion.
• High-Fidelity UI Design: Creating pixel-perfect, visually compelling interface designs in Figma and Adobe XD, including responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. All designs will incorporate a design system with reusable components, typography scales, and color palettes appropriate for the target audience in Tanzania.
• Interactive Prototyping: Building clickable, high-fidelity prototypes that simulate the final product experience, enabling stakeholders in Dar es Salaam to test and validate the design before development begins.
• Usability Testing & Iteration: Facilitating moderated usability testing sessions with a minimum of eight (8) representative users in the Dar es Salaam area, followed by two (2) rounds of design refinement based on findings.
• Developer Handoff & Support: Preparing annotated design specifications, asset exports, and conducting handoff meetings with the development team. The UX UI Designer will remain available for a 30-day post-delivery support period to address implementation questions.

Total Estimated Duration: 10 Weeks (approximately 2.5 months)

All prices are exclusive of 18% VAT (Tanzania Value Added Tax). Applicable withholding tax as per Tanzanian Revenue Authority regulations will be deducted at source where required.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the validity period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Tanzania Dar es Salaam.
• All intellectual property rights for the final deliverables (design files, design system, prototypes) shall transfer to the client upon full and final payment.
• The UX UI Designer retains the right to use anonymized project work in their professional portfolio, subject to the client's written approval.
• Any scope changes exceeding 10% of the originally agreed deliverables will require a written change order and may affect the project timeline and total cost outlined in this Quotation Estimate.
• Payment is due within fourteen (14) days of invoice issuance. Late payments will attract a penalty of 2% per month as per Tanzanian commercial law.
• This engagement is governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Dar es Salaam in accordance with the Arbitration Act, Cap. 20 of the Laws of Tanzania.
• Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary information exchanged during the course of this project.
