This Quotation Estimate outlines the comprehensive professional services to be delivered by our senior UX UI Designer team based in Thailand Bangkok. The engagement covers the full spectrum of user experience and user interface design required for the client's enterprise mobile application, ensuring that every interaction is intuitive, visually compelling, and aligned with the latest design standards prevalent in the Southeast Asian digital market.

The UX UI Designer will be embedded within the client's product team in Bangkok for a period of twelve (12) weeks, with the following deliverables:

• User Research & Discovery: Conducting in-depth user interviews, usability testing sessions, and competitive analysis specific to the Thailand Bangkok consumer market. The UX UI Designer will gather qualitative and quantitative data to inform all subsequent design decisions.
• Information Architecture & Wireframing: Developing detailed sitemaps, user flows, and low-fidelity wireframes that map out the complete user journey across all application screens and modules.
• High-Fidelity UI Design: Creating pixel-perfect, high-fidelity interface designs in Figma, including a complete design system with reusable components, typography scales, color palettes, and iconography tailored to the brand identity.
• Interactive Prototyping: Building clickable, interactive prototypes that simulate the full user experience, enabling stakeholders in Bangkok to validate flows before development begins.
• Usability Testing & Iteration: Facilitating moderated usability testing sessions with a minimum of fifteen (15) participants recruited from the Thailand Bangkok metropolitan area, followed by two (2) rounds of design refinement.
• Developer Handoff & Support: Preparing annotated design specifications, asset exports, and conducting handoff meetings with the development team. The UX UI Designer will remain available for a four-week post-launch support period to address any design-related queries.

3. Quotation Estimate – Itemized Pricing

The following Quotation Estimate presents the detailed cost breakdown for the UX UI Designer services. All prices are quoted in Thai Baht (THB) and are inclusive of 7% Value Added Tax (VAT) as mandated by the Revenue Department of Thailand.

4. Payment Terms

In accordance with this Quotation Estimate, payment shall be structured as follows:

• 30% Advance Payment: THB 518,415 – due upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the Master Service Agreement.
• 40% Milestone Payment: THB 691,220 – due upon delivery and client approval of the High-Fidelity UI Design package (Week 8).
• 30% Final Payment: THB 518,415 – due upon completion of Developer Handoff and commencement of the post-launch support period.

All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the designated account of Creative Pixel Studio Co., Ltd., Bangkok, Thailand. Invoices will be issued in Thai Baht and are payable within fourteen (14) calendar days of the invoice date.

5. Terms & Conditions

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Thailand Bangkok.
• The UX UI Designer services described herein are exclusive to the client named in this document and may not be transferred or assigned to a third party without prior written consent.
• All intellectual property rights in the final deliverables (design files, prototypes, design system) shall transfer to the client upon full and final payment. Source files in Figma will be delivered in editable format.
• Any scope changes or additional requests beyond the defined deliverables will be subject to a separate Quotation Estimate and mutual written agreement.
• The UX UI Designer will adhere to the confidentiality obligations set forth in the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) executed prior to project commencement.
• This engagement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Bangkok in accordance with the rules of the Thai Arbitration Institute.

6. Acceptance & Authorization

By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts the terms, scope, and pricing outlined in this Quotation Estimate for the UX UI Designer services to be performed in Thailand Bangkok. This signature constitutes a binding commitment to proceed with the engagement as described.
